Very poor selection, large portions of clothing racks were empty. Security tag sensors were going off everywhere. I picked up a pair of shoes and tried to look at the price and the sensor went off and no one came to fix it so it just continued screeching making me feel very awkward and wanting to leave. The women’s dressing room absolutely reeked of piss and the first dressing room I went into appeared to have poop smeared on the wall, very unsanitary. Would recommend Marshall’s next door. Much better selection & sanitary dressing rooms.

I came to this Ross & purchases about 200$ worth of merchandise I went out to my car and going out it beeped but the staff said it was jewelry something told me to check in my car and guess what a tag on the blanket I bought, then I came back in and told them there was a tag and the security says I need the receipt then ran to my car grabbed the receipt and she took it off ! Then I noticed I bought 3 curtain rods I was charged for 4 so I came back in and was told by the security I have to re stand in line and it was super long like why do I have to restand in line when I did that and this was the staffs fault smh so not coming back !!!
