The mask mandate is back but multiple employees are not wearing masks & they do not enforce customers to wear them. The girl serving ice cream wasn't wearing a mask. That's disgusting. I'll pass.

Whenever my friend(s) and I get stoned this is the place to go the workers don't judge that we're under the influence and that's what makes it the best rite aid in Tracy. The lack of care the store is in gives the place personality

Decided to walk to Rite Aid to get a scoop of ice cream with my son. We waited for about 12 minutes while the clerks kept ringing up new customers who all walked in well after us. For what it's worth, the clerk paged someone 3 times for someone to come help, but no one ever did. I'm disappointed Rite Aid. This is not like you. Next time though:

I saw some of the reviews and couldn't believe what I read. I am very pleased with the staff at this store. Especially in the pharmacy. The store staff is always friendly and they have had the same core employees for many years. I have been going there since they opened and I can not recall any bad experience.

It is not the people that is the problem, it is specifically the bluetooth Earphones. I bought a Pair today, They didn't work. I wanted to exchange for the same type of Earphones. The ones that were going to be the exchanged were literally only a different color and were priced differently. Okay. I bought a complete different pair of earphones and THEY DON'T WORK! I recommend that If you want Bluetooth earphones, THIS AIN'T tHE PLACE!

Pharmacy is horrible. If it is open during certain hours it should be open. They completely close down for lunch and don't put up signs. I wasted 10 minutes in the drive through and went in to see it's closed when it should be open. They should have coverage for lunch hours to stay open so you don't waste customers time. Horrible

Clean your parking lot!!!! Pressure wash your sidewalks!!! Soooo tired of looking at this when I go there!!! Always the same for years!!!! It's convenient to my home so I put up with it. My 9yr old granddaughter even said....this place is dirty!!! :(

I've never had a problem with any rite aids until I ran into one of their pharmacist at this location. I believe she works at both locations in Tracy. The first run in with her she was flustered, and took about an hour to figure out how to look up my insurance. Then, today I tried getting an over the counter medicine that is covered through my insurance and she said they would need a prescription so I asked her even if my insurance says they do not need a prescription for it? And she was like "uh... Yes, you need a prescription"... I seriously just don't understand that rule? IF IT IS OVER THE COUNTER AND MY INSURANCE SAYS THEY DO NOT NEED A PRESCRIPTION THEN WHY ARE YOU TELLING ME I NEED A PRESCRIPTION. It's for emergency contraception too so it's kind of urgent?. (&Yes I just put my business out there) but I am honestly so annoyed with this pharmacist.

This review is for the pharmacy. Never have I had such a positive and personable experience with any pharmacy other than here. The pharmacists (A & H) at this rite aid are angels; they are very knowledgeable and super friendly and caring. Ya did good rite aid!

The restroom was FILTHY! It looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months! It makes you wonder what kind of standards are being held in the pharmacy. They must use the bathroom too...disgusting!
