I've worked there, and loved it. Even thought I was going to retire there. Worked inbound, Outbound, sanitation. Sometimes all three departments in one day . Had 5 tables land on top of me. Didn't do work mans comp. Trying to get a lead job. Was given to someone. Who didn't want the job. Was moved to another department. Soon after was called to HR office. Was told I was under investigation. Wouldn't tell me for what? Three days later, I received a phone call say I was fired for putting my hands on a man in the bathroom. That weight about 270 Lb. I was ingaged to be married. And never was gay. They got ried of me because my three virtabres in my neck had been smashed. Days later I couldn't feel nothing from my neck down to my left leg. Please, be safe about working there. We have meetings every morning. I would report daily nothing was tied down right. But nothing was done until my accident happened. Jovi was my lead , HR did nothing either. God Bless I have Jesus....

They treat their employees like dirt and it is terrible work environment. They are currently under investigation by the Labor Board for hostile work environment and wrongful terminations.

It’s a call center, no longer an outlet or shopping center.It’s also the WORST place to work for. They treat employees unfair and fire you after 10+ years. It was a good place to work for back in the 2000s until some bonehead newbie took over and force the call center employees to wear ties and dresses like they’re going to a wedding or funeral, and attend cult meetings all the time and having to put work aside, resulting is backed up calls and angry customers.Hope the landlord doesn’t renew their lease.

I would give the contractor owned employers a 5 star. But restoration hardware itself gets a 3 star. Great quality furniture and a fast and efficient customer service. Only thing they need to work on is taking care of the workers delivering the furniture giving resto it's good name, they go out of the way to pleasw and delight the customer from stopping at the door with a heavy piece to throw on booties from carrying a 9 foot sofa up 2+ flights in San Francisco.

Called for information on a saw and the customer service person I spoke to went above and beyond. Good Customer service is near impossible to find. I got what I needed and they have a new loyal customer.
