“Visited yesterday at around 1pm to pick up a package that wasn't able to be delivered over the weekend. No queue, had to wait a few minutes after ringing the bell, but the staff (I didn't catch the name of the lady who assisted me) was polite, quick to retrieve my package, and confirmed my identity efficiently. In and out in under 5 minutes. Easy parking right outside the door.”

“The postal service in Tracy, California is as good as it can get.The staff at the front desk is always pleasant even when the line is very long and customers are unprepared.Well, it is not the employees fault, I do wish that Tracy had a passport service. It stinks that we have to go out of town to get documents taken care of.”
