Recently I had occasion to shop Orona based on an internet search for "men's western boots." We took a chance and are glad we did. The folks there were very nice, the selection met our needs and the pair we got have worked out well. When we tried to shop the Boot Barn in Modesto, the clerk seemed to be a bit distracted and in a hurry to get us out the door and nothing seemed to fit my needs. I sense that Orona was more of a local, perhaps family business which we want to support before chain stores.

Bad service, make sure when you go purchase something here you remember that there is no refunds they only have a little sign that is barely visible.and when you want to exchange they always have excuses. And if you want to order online they will charge you more for the same item. They are very lazy and don't even try to help you. One of the employees I had an encounter with was Stephanie.

Came in looking for boots, was helped right away with a nice welcoming attitude. Great place with lots of different options. The pricing was also good. I recommend coming here for any western wear clothing that you might need.
