Super bad experience i asked the cashier harman is she has smaller size bottles of maggi tomato sauce she said i don’t know if you have eyes look for it super bad customer experience wouldn’t recommend. I asked if she takes apple pay and said you got eyes than look at it

I haven’t got this much great experience at any Indian store . I live in Sacramento and i had an appointment at Tracy . Luckily i found “New Indian supermarket “ I just went to get some Indian chips and soda but I saw the huge price difference between other Indian store and here , then did 250$ shopping here . I got vegetables, fruits which are really fresh and had very good quality ?. Some snacks , cookies , rice , frozen stuff and bla bla bla…!!!
Next thing is cashiers…..when I saw the other reviews about cashiers I was very shocked because that’s totally opposite . They all are very nice and helpful. Even I had a great conversation with the cashiers.
Such a great store and their customer service too. Whenever I’ll visit this side I’ll love to come this store . ✌️✌️♥️…..

New India Super Market in Tracy is a fantastic spot for authentic Indian groceries. The store is clean, well-organized, and offers a great selection of fresh produce, spices, and specialty items. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend for Indian food lovers!

Big store but horrible services. I heard they're the worst customer to do business as well in case you're supplier because you will get your money after 100 calls & and a few months wait time.
I used to shop but not anymore as well my friends . There are more options with decent prices & services .

I recently visited [Indian Market Tracy] and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The store was notably dirty, with trash and spills in several aisles, making it difficult and unpleasant to shop. This lack of cleanliness is unacceptable for a place that sells food and other essentials.
Furthermore, the customer service was incredibly rude. When I asked for assistance, the staff members were unhelpful and dismissive. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome and frustrated.
Overall, the poor cleanliness and rude service have left a very negative impression. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

The chat and sweet counter associates are don’t care about the customers. May be they think that the customers as they are waiting for the free food. They won’t even bother about the customers who are waiting near the chat and sweet counters. The other associates who walk around the counters just look at you and won’t bother and don’t care, they won’t inform someone to help you. No one responds even after asking for help.

First year of opening they were really quite reasonable with the price ....,,,but now they're more expensive than other stores .....and the point system is just a scam to make people fool it looks like you're saving on your groceries but you are paying over and you don't even know how
