Please do not Shop at this Napa store!I went there buy 2 brake line fittings and a gallon of hydraulic fluid, it cost me over $75 dollars!!I can get the same items at Auto Zone for about $25.I don't know who's making up these prices but they are a rip off!!!

I will rate them 0 rating if I could. they sold me wrong battery for my car within 30 minutes I went back to get right one they refused to take it back. All three men working there were stupid fools .never going back to this store.

This store is a shame horrible customer service Employee there don't want to work they could never make you a color paint because they're always busy or they're at lunch Even though it's your turn And nobody else is in line they will always say they're busy or come back later Awful experience in that store never go back

Called Ahead, for parts availability, Younger Person answered the phone, and had set parts were available and In Stock, Great !!Arrived and spoke to Dil And Do, (DILDO'S) they both seemed to be preoccupied, with absolutely nothing, than telling me, in fact the parts were not in stock, who did I speak with ? I recognized the voice of the person on the phone, and kindly asked for him. They (DILDO'S) went back and found the parts I had in fact called for. No Apologies, just a shrug with the shoulders from both Dildo's and absolute rudeness, couple of Asshole's !! Need to retire, bring good personnel in that want to actually work some and assist customers in a kindly manner, very unprofessional and Idiotic ! I wouldn't recommend, this location to anyone.

They have professionalism issues they closed before business hours even though I called and before I go and he said they are still open and I went there and someone was inside but the door was locked of course I wont to go again
