I've been living here for years now and it's a great place! I've always felt very safe and both the manager and staff are really nice people. The staff always keep the park clean and quickly fix whenever we have problems like the water going out. People who live here are kind and respectful of each other's space. There is also a school bus stop at the park for kids to get taken to school (I actually helped make that happen). Speaking of, there is a high school only a mile away too that my brother goes to. Whether you're staying here for a week or years, Morehead Park will welcome you.

Karen, the manager is amazing! Thank you for the accommodations and the friendly family like atmosphere there. If you’re looking for a spacious spot with an outdoor area to enjoy, this may not be the place but for a short stay it’s great. Laundry room is newer and clean and someone is always working hard on keeping the entire park area tidy! Really friendly neighbors and a good sense of community. Thanks again Karen!

By far the worst place I have ever stayed. The host is very unfriendly and quick to let you know the facilities are not operational but didn't offer the wifi code. They called as soon as we realized we didn't have it and spoke with someone who said the office was closed but she would pass the message along. The next morning we did go to the office and get the code but it was useless. It felt more like a slumlord win Mobile home Park then an RV parkThe worst part of the experience was the space. What are literally 6 ft from cars traveling at a +50 mph with nothing between us and them but at 12 ft wooden privacy fence. I can't ever with rock for 5 minutes every time on semi drove by... At least it felt like it was that. I highly recommend you find another place to sleep this is not safe

Nice park but it's only for staying temporarily. Only 32 weeks you need to move on

I paid for four storage spots at Morehead Park for three years. One evening, while I was pulling through the gate that separates the residential area from the storage lot, the gate malfunctioned and close on the side of my RV. It banged up half of the drivers side as I was pulling through and resulted in over $6,000 worth of damage. Management initially said there was no way the gate could malfunction. Luckily for me, there was a resident of the park that viewed the entire incident. Management relented and told me they would file an insurance claim. A mere 6 months later when they finally completed the process, their insurance company refused to pay the supplemental shipping bill for the RV repairs. I was left $600 short for repairs I had incurred through no fault of my own. When I asked management to cover the difference, they had their insurance company call me and threaten to take me to court! Additionally, I had several batteries stolen from my RV while is was stored here. The "security system" they insisted they would be installing was always a month away from completion. Of course they are "not responsible for any items stolen" while in their care. Thanks a lot Morehead Park for not stepping up. The park also smells constantly of raw sewage. Stay away from this place!

If you're looking for a place to park & live in your RV/Motor Home/Trailer, I definitely recommend you stay here. It's a quiet, nice, clean looking property & well maintained.

My brother lived here. The park doesn't take care of the residents needs and concerns. my brother's trailer had raw sewage leaking from the septic system right under his living room window for years they never took care of it

This place is a joke. Management are rude to you they tell everyone that know one is approved for the unit and to top it off they charge to much.
