Absolute scammers. Do not waste your time or money on these people. They put me in a very dangerous car that they said nothing was wrong with. They will lie about anything they need to in order to make the car seem perfect for you.

Max Ellis llc is great! I was helped by Antoinette and she absolutely did fantastic! Her customer service was ON POINT, she explained everything so clear & made my experience so much better. I wouldn’t have done it without her. Thank you so, so much! Overall 5/5. Highly recommend business with Max Ellis llc. They will not hide anything from you. If you want a nice car, a fair price &fast service then this is the place for you. My husband and I have Never experienced as great a service as this one. This family owned business sure knows how to make a customer feel comfortable. Spoke to representative she assumed the value of my car was very low personally you don’t give an estimate unless you have the facts in hand she was very nice tho . I also work in a dealership and we will never give someone a estimate without knowing the exact price.

We had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Max Ellis. We drove two and a half hours to go look at a truck hoping it was going to be the truck we wanted. From our first phone call with Dwayne until we left in our new truck they were very kind. Antoinette got us the best deal and explained everything in full detail to us. Thry also let you look at the vehicle and dont haggle you like other dealerships which is Really Nice. We will be purchasing from them again, Great people!

Backed out of a signed purchase agreement two days later after we made arrangements to get transportation to the location 40 minutes away and moved the bank loan to the Tracey location. Very unethical in my opinion. Our relatives warned us about them because they had a bad reputation previously. Should have listened to them. Buyer beware.
