The staff here is always helpful with all of my packages and questions. They always smile and are friendly. They also don’t lag around ….. they move the line of there is one. I also found them helpful when they couldn’t fulfill a request. They pointed me in the right direction to get my problem solved.

To who ever that girl Victoria is deserves to be fired and never work in a customer setting, how dare she not knowing that liquid cannot be shipped. Then prodded to take her money (more than $300) and when we called to ask for the money back when the package came back to home, she screamed, talked down to use call us racists words to us. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE EVERR!!

I love coming to this mail and more store since they give excellent customer service, have many mailing services and more at a reasonable cost. Especially, no long lines!! Check this place out next time you need to send something or print something etc.

The ladies here are very helpful with taking a few copies, getting a letter notarized, as well as getting it all mailed. They also have a few interesting things and gifts for sale here as well. Great and friendly service!

The employees here are fantastic! I hope this place sticks around. They are always kind and helpful. The customer service I see is they always make eye contact letting you know that they will help you when there's a line, and make an effort to notice you. One in particular is great at sort of triaging in a sense when there's several people waiting. They get the job done and are really nice people in general!

Literally every time I have a fedex package go through Tracy it gets lost or delayed for weeks. I don't understand how one city can always be so bad. FedEx is a joke especially the one in Tracy.

Absolutely and incredible experience I cannot say enough high praises for this family-owned business the person that helped me is Jolene I was a little hesitant I had gotten such bad services at all the other ups and FedEx stores...This just felt like family you walk in they ask you how they can help you.they attend to you right away.it's a pleasant situation the prices are very competitive it can't be beat.it was no stress whatsoever getting my mailing business done...I absolutely applaud this family-owned business.thank you
