I love buying shirts here when albums or singles of my fav bands, today I got a pass the Nirvana shirt by ptv and I was so happy they weren't already out of stock. I see others complaining about the old staff but the ones I've talked to over the past few months have been quite friendly and complimentary in some occasions. Love the deals and im glad this hot topic has more to offer than the one I used to go to...kinda wish this place didn't sell mgk stuff...also I'm seeing alot more gir merch and I love it. Overall it's amazing...the pins aren't all that but they're okay I guess

I have always loved this place and the prices and clothing are pretty good. the old manager (who is not there anymore) she would always be very rude to me and condensending and then super nice to my partner. the music is great and the selection is always good. I am glad this place has always been here and i always come back for the anime merch. I have never had a problem with anyone who works here for years exspect for the manager who was here maybe 7 months ago. dunno if she is still there but she openly talked about how she was happy to be leaving and didn't like the place.

FOUND THE NEXT BEST THING TO WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, NOT A GREAT SELECTION FOR PLUS SIZE. THE STAFF WEREN'T TO FRIENDLY. CLEAN STORE BUT AGAIN NOT MUCH IN THERE. I'LL STICK WITH THE STOCKTON HOT TOPIC

The Tracy store has a small layout and tends to offer much less than other stores. The last visit forced the question of a potential closure, but the sales associate mentioned they just hadn't received a shipment. Staff was not inviting or particularly interested in engaging with the customers.
