Owner and wife are present. Husband overcharges you. Beware!!! Never go here!! Go one block down to another smoke shop. What kind of Owner argues with their customer and tells them to leave if we don't like his high prices??? He tried to sell wax wicks that was priced at $.99 but if you read carefully its a free sample!! He will tell you it's a good deal for $1.50 for two. WTH? Too bad he doesn't know about the 16 multiplier. Good luck staying in business. They do not have any clue about what they are doing.

Everything without a price on it is overpriced. The worst part is the 10% tax on all scratchers. Throwing money away with that thats more scratchers i could have bought, please fix, might as well have a machine since the guy takes forever . Extra star for knowing your products

I went in to Hollywood vape to buy batteries for my 510 threaded vape cartridges. The older gentleman behind the counter wasn't sure what he was selling and he said he didn't vape or smoke so he has no idea what any of these items are. He proceeded to sell me a blue battery and a green battery that were in a package that I couldn't open and had a plastic cap over the end. I paid $103 for two of them and went out into my truck and opened one and went to take the rubber cap off the end and it had no threads. It wasn't a battery for a 510 vape thread it was an actual vape pen with mint flavoring. So now I just spent over $100 on something I don't need so I brought it back into the store and he says oh too late you opened it and he wouldn't give me my money back! You should know a little bit about the items that you sell in your store!
