Room was nice, quiet. Priya was super rude and made check in really difficult for us. Also, they didn’t openly notify us about this but they charged us $12 for open parking and no security guard which is super weird… Breakfast was great and made up for our obnoxious check-in.

Stay here a few times every year. Now they charge $25 to drop my bag in my room 1 hour before check in. Where's my credit for checking out 6 hours early?
Hope $25 was worth it as ill be giving my future stays to a different hotel in Tracy now.

Amazing, friendly staff, and cozy. Kayla was so nice and assisted us with everything that we needed. We weren't sure how to extend our stay but she helped us figure it out right before the end of her shift. Everything went smoothly, and they even have a fitness center!
