Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. Show no signs of sympathy or empathy for your pets. We took our dog in for a possible ear infection. They gave her a shot and sent us home. The bill was around $400. A week later, her ear did not get any better, actually got worse. We took her back but this time they wanted to sedate her to irrigate her ear. We left and made an appointment with another veterinarian. The new vet swabbed her ear and determined it was a yeast infection. They prescribed the right ear drops and she was better within a week.

Doctor told me my dog had worms. I was charged to de worm her and to test her poop. The test came back negative. I don’t know why the doctor didn’t wait to get the results to diagnose my dog. Very unprofessional to lie to someone and convince them to pay and make their dog go through Unnecessary procedures and stress.

The most Horrible place to take your pet.
They charged me 420 dollars to drug my boy Raider and did not do anything else, but, starved him no food no water, fasting from the night before and did not see him until 3:30 pm.
Our appointment was at 10 am.
PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE.
PLUS THEIR SERVICE IS VERY POOR,

Horrible experience. Paid $300 in testing just to find out that the results may be “false negatives” so the Dr recommended additional testing. They just want your money. Unreliable , unprofessional and they dont even have the proper knowledge. Dr said he didnt even know what my dog had after all that time & money.

Now I know why they have 3 stars, today I had a deep cleaning in the mouth of my dog , they made the appointment by 9 am and told me that the procedure will be finish around 3 pm it's almost 6 pm and they called me to pick up my dog, they hide information with their prices be careful with that they offer my husband for 530 dollars and they called me with a lady telling me that my dog needs extraction 4 teeth each for 29 dollars Total 116 dollars, When I come to pick up my dog they charged me 60 dollars more for medication plus 27 dollars for antibiotic . I claimed. why they HIDE information and , surprise the people and I asked for the name of the lady but they covered her and they don't want to give me the name. Nobody is responsible for nothing my dog had his leash upside down , and they don't want to give me the extracted teeth . Very sarcastic people unprofessional . Total procedure with hidden fees 706 dollars almos 200 dollars difference . The doctor VIRK JT shines by its absence. Don't go to this place .

This vet has become so greedy. They care more about the money than your pets well being . I need to give my dog her meds I get prescribed there for itching. They want another visit paid for to get another refill. It's a basic med . They just want to rake you over the coals as they put thier hand in your pocket and steal what ever they can from you

This was a very awful experience. Staff don’t seem to have any medical knowledge and their poor judgment and expertise led to my pet being put down due to us thinking it was the right thing to do. If you love your pet go somewhere else

I give this vet a 0 doesn't even deserve 0 even less. I made appt for my sick dog and put me down for appt I went to appt and said it was for another day. My dog hadn't eaten in many days. Refused the appt I had made and said to come back another day. I won't be returning ever. They are very rude and when you do go there. I did go before and they took dog back never saw or spoke to vet only the assistant. NEVER take your pet there

I see all the bad reviews for this place and I had one experience that I was not happy with but since then it has been very positive. In August 2021 we discovered that our 9 yr old Boxer was had a tumor. Another vet did the surgery and we never got any information on what type of tumor it was. I went to this other vet based on the reviews I saw however, when I called to get an appt because of some swelling after her meds were done, we couldn't get in. We were told it was probably fluid draining and would dissolve on its own. A week later we see that there were more concerns like swelling under her chin. We took her to Grantline Hosp and they took very good care of her. Everyone there really cared for her and us, especially when we realized there was nothing more we could do to make her better, it was cancer. We had her appt set but there was a moment at home where she stopped breathing and we asked if we could get her there asap. We were able to but the vet was not in yet, we just wanted her in a safe place should it happen again. I cannot express enough our gratitude for all they did. 2 surgeries and many tears later they were very supportive, compassionate and respectful. Healthcare field is very difficult anymore. Pet owners go into vet offices in an emotional state when the pet is ill, just remember these vet health professionals are human too and as hard as it is on the pet owner, it is the same for them when a belived pet of ours is lost.

Took my cat here to be treated for Jaundice. They messed up our billing and after paying $1000 for tests and treatments we were told we have to take her to another vet. They also insisted on taking X-Rays and before the result came in (everything is outsourced) they told us they wouldnt be able to tell anything from the X-ray. So I feel scammed and very taken advantage of.
