Bestbuy Geeksquad will steal your money! I purchased two phones in December 2019 with an Apple care plan for two years (at which time the plan should have been shut off). Bestbuy continued to charge me after those two years. They will not refund those overcharges even though they know it was a mistake on their end. I called several times to customer care (they suck), billing, etc. just to be told they can't help me and won't pass me on to their manager. I have filed three claims only to be rejected on each. They refuse to email me the excuse as to why they are denying me the refund. I have never had to call and cancel an AppleCare plus plan on any devices. Stay away from bestbuy! They will scam you! This is in no way a reflection of AppleCare, just Bestbuy and their geeksquad!

I walk in and see a sign in front of Geek squad that says next appointment in 20 minutes, and the guy is literally doing nothing but wipping down the counter. I didn't have an appointment and asked for assistance. I was told that if I didn't have an appointment, he couldn't help me even though the next appointment was 20 minutes away. So I spent $1000 last Tuesday at Bestbuy, and I will be returning those items back, we'll before the 14 days due to this interaction. I will never spend another dime at this place.

This an absolutely terrible best buy store. It's worth your time and money to just drive 25 minutes to Dublin. No one working here is actually knowledgeable and just about everyone is as lazy as you can imagine. They also tend to not have a lot of things in stock. Won't be surprised if the store is eventually shut down because of the lack of knowledgeable and dependable labor.

Garbage customer service. The electricians that they dispatch to install home security systems are not actual electricians. Beware of K&S solutions, in particular their installer named Michael Soto. Expect a half-effort job done by the lowest bidder!

I am 35 minutes into a phone call, trying to get Geek Squad to help me with an Aluratek connection between my phone and home entertainment center. Have spoken to 6 people, the Geek Squad woman couldn't get my phone number right and after I explained the problem she put me on hold without saying anything. Next I know, I'm talking to online sales. Now, 40+ minutes in, I am again on hold. I just got the phone number for Aluratek so I can call them tomorrow. Because Best Buy cannot help me. Ugh.

I Purchased everything online and made an appointment for installation. I showed up this morning quite early waiting for them to open. I got there and they said I had no appointment in the system. However, the two guys that were doing the installation were able to accommodate me anyways and get me in. It only took them a couple hours to install everything. All I have to say is I am one happy customer. I will continue to go back for any future needs.

I ordered a keystone 10,000BTU CASEMENT WINDOW AIR CONDITIONER rated for a 450 square foot room. I paid $460 for this unit. I have my receipt that has my order number and all the details including a color picture of the AC unit I ordered. When I received the AC it was completely wrong not even close it was a Fridgidaire 6000BTU rated for a250 square foot room. I instantly called the Best Buy customer service number. I was told that a replacement was being sent out and that UPS would contact me within 24 hours to pick up the AC unit. However, UPS did not contact me they showed up I was at work they left a sticker, so no biggie. I called Best Buy customer service again and have them just give me a mailing label and I would take it to UPS myself again no problems I did ask why my replacement unit was being prepared for two days why it hadn't shipped I was informed that it will be here Monday, May 22 so I went down yesterday dropped the wrong AC unit at the UPS got a receipt with the tracking number to go back to Best Buy this morning. I go on to track my replacement AC even though it wasn't a replacement I never got it to begin with. It was the complete wrong one like I stated before when I checked the tracking, it said replacement order canceled , I never canceled it I called and I spoke to a person I couldn't understand but I believe her name was Crystal and she said her employee number is 312841608. I told her I didn't cancel it that I am expecting my AC , as I live in the northern California valley where it gets super hot, she said you can only get one replacement per order and that that was already issued she didn't stated I could get a refund and go ahead and buy it again I think not. There is no way I would ever order anything from Best Buy again. The lady would not let me speak to a manager or supervisor. Definitely wasn't treated like a valued customer obviously because I'm not then stated that my return of my money would be 10 to 15 business days. Not ok. I have $460 tied up for almost a month and live check to check so now I have to wait 15 business days until I have access to MY money that I paid to Best Buy for a specific product I never received I still would of bought the AC unit from Best Buy if the customer service was halfway acceptable. But it wasn't even close. I have never experienced worse customer service in my 38 years on this planet I'll be waiting for my money and definitely not going to buy again from Best Buy and will do absolutely anything I can to get this message out to the public. I have documentation of everything from my receipt to the pictures of the wrong items to the employee who was absolutely horrible. This is so frustrating.

The staff was friendly, liked they wanted to help and had plenty of staff to boot.Great experience at this location. I did have a problem with merchandise being available but that's everywhere right. I still come to this store often

Experienced so good of customer service today I had to write about it. I live in San Ramon, but both the Dublin and union city stores are closed for construction. Came to Tracy store looking specifically for a dash cam with two cameras and super long plug cords. Elvire was honestly more than helpful. I definitely got the vibe she's a management level decision maker. I'm kind of hard to please and it's very rare someone can check off all boxes of when I'm looking to make a purchase. I simply flagged this woman down walking down the aisle after helping another gentleman. I don't think there's anything you couldn't ask her she wouldn't already know.

Literally just left the store right now.. walked in two circles to see if anyone was going to acknowledge me or even just greet me period. I already knew what I wanted but I rather give my business somewhere else. All you see the workers standing around and talking. Such a ghetto store smh

Just went there to spend a couple grand on a surround sound system. Asked twice for someone to help me. After 30 minutes of waiting and watching employees looking at their phones and rough-housing with each other I decided to spend my money elsewhere.

Bought an oven and Range top...they have a 3rd party company to do the installations. They are the most incompetent install company I've ever had to deal with. Going on the 4th time trying to get the appliances installed. Supposedly free installation and in the first 3 trips couldn't get the job done. They change install times without notifying you...cant figure out if the current is on or off. Was actually off, they kept saying it was on and weren't allowed to touch the breaker panel so claimed they couldn't install the oven. They actually could but my belief they didn't want to. Then they said the couldn't install the range top because they needed to trim 1/4" more on the counter to put in the new range. Remember, free install! They informed me it would be $450 to make the cut...so much for free install. There's more, but I think you get the idea

The Supervisor Paul was outstanding with assisting us. He helped us with our transaction that was a little complex. Paul was very friendly, and was able to resolve our issue and help us with the product.
