I’ve been renting for about three months now the facility is fantastic. Well maintained very clean rodent free, outstanding management, staff is extremely friendly, very helpful very knowledgeable. Just great people. Their prices are very reasonable and if you need assistance or guidance or information…man, the staff is very helpful…

Mary the site manager provides excellent customer service. Every time I spoke with her on the phone she was very nice and repeated the information for me without getting frustrated for me asking several times to make sure we were on the same page. I recommend coming here!

Followed all the way inside my storage facility by an employee so I could leave a review, I was in a hurry due to getting off of work and being exhausted so I suggested I would review the place later only to have the employee proceed to go on MY PHONE IN MY HAND to give this facility five stars. And ended the interaction with "quick enough for you?". Made me feel very uncomfortable.

Mary at Tracy Extra Space Storage has been so helpful. I was able to lock in a price for future rental and once we were ready to move our stuff in everything was ready on time and Mary even called to let us know our unit was fully prepared and a lock had been placed inside for us as we would be moving in after hours. It’s been great.

Service is great at this facility. Everyone is extremely helpful Galen is very knowledgeable, and does whatever he can to help you. The rates here are lower than many other storage facilities I looked into. I would recommend them.
