Thank you for going above and beyond. Instead of helping to see if you have a product available, you insisted you don't have it because you were too lazy check for me. Pretty rude.

Placed my order for a required prescription 2 weeks ago. Was told it couldn't be filled until today. Called this am and was told it wouldn't be ready until 9 pm (!). At this point, I'm on my LAST pill, need to take another between 2:00 and 3:00. Was finally able to speak to a live person and they said they would try to move it up to 3:00. Got a notice that it was ready a little before 3:00. Notice says that if I pre-pay, it will save time. What they don't tell you is there isn't a separate line for those who pre-pay. So here I am standing in line. Six people in front of me. That's not saving me any time. It's now 4:01. Not cool.

If I could give a lower rating than one star, I would. The store itself, terrible. I've literally had to wait in line, no cash register person in sight, and when they do realize someone is there, it looks like you're torturing them in a medieval dungeon to do their job. They all look so incredibly inconvenienced and are rude.Pharmacy wise, those lines are brutal (you'd think that you're waiting for Taylor Swift tickets) and if you want to call, be prepared to be on hold for over 30 minutes. They're curt and equally uninterested in being there. Is CVS not paying these folks livable wages? Are they getting mistreated or what??! Might as well go to the DMV for similar service.

Just to make it clear, this review is for the store in general and NOT the pharmacy. After reading other reviews, seems like the pharmacy at this location can use some changes.I've been to this location several times when I'm in the area. I've honestly have not had a problem shopping here at least 10 times in the past 5 months. The shelves always seem stocked, the "on sale / promotional" items are usually tagged. There's always a clerk at the register in case you dont want to deal with the self check station. Store seems well organized and it's pretty easy to find what you're looking for. There's also plenty of room between the isles so even when it's busy, it doesnt seem that crowded.Outside of the store, the area and parking lot seem safe.Only problem I see is that they're closed by 10pm. Which sucks if you're planning on going on a last minute alcohol run. Where I'm from, there's a CVS that's open 24 hours that's about 2 miles from where I live & I'm usually hitting it up around midnight or 1am for 1 last beer run.

I went to drop off a script for birth control and notified them I didn't have insurance. I asked for an estimate it would be for the supply of birth controlOrdered (6 months/packs) the one person said $56. I arrived to pick it up and a different person only had one pack in hand and told me it was $64. I was shocked for birth control pills. I said I never paid that much. I said "don't you have some kind of discount card." To which she replied, "oh you want me to apply our discount card? Now it's $36. I said no thanks.I went to rite-aid and somehow I got a 3 month supply for $37 with good rx coupon. The sales clerk at rite aid was immediately trying to find a discount code for the sale and told me mine was better. She was fast and personable who had my meds out in 3 minutes.I'm not saying this is a CVS problem, I think it's a location problem. The people here don't really care about helping people understand the best financial way to obtain services. It's like there's some secret scam and they don't want you to know about any coupons or discount cards.

I would give a zero if I could. I have been going to them for 15 years and it has only gotten worse. They act like they have never seen me before. I get pain medication and every single month there is se type of problem with filling it. I have had to go without meds on multiple occasions because of them. They are also unbelievably busy. The ine is usually at least 5 to 10 people long and it takes 30 min on the phone to submit a refill. Basically go somewhere else

The wine department is not managed well. Several bottles of vinegar on the shelves. One day they will have a current vintage, the next week they will have dug up 2015 bottles of S.B. from the shelves of a ghost town CVS.

The pharmacy here is the worst. Terribly slow, long lines, archaic systems and not enough cashiers. Get your refills elsewhere.

The Filipino lady that works in the pharmacy at CVS on 11th St should NOT be working with the public!!! I always have issues getting my prescriptions filled and she won't make sure that my insurance is properly entered. I never pay more than $5 for a prescription. She over charged me by $70 last time! She is always very rude and mean. She gets sarcastic! She needs to treat each and every person with kindness and compassion especially in healthcare. Every customer in their line are either sick or picking up for a patient.. The last thing, anyone needs is to be harassed!! She needs to find another job that don't involve the public!! I go to Tracy Blvd now and all of them are so nice and kind!! They go above & beyond to help me! Thank you CVS on Tracy BLVD! Good bye, CVS on 11th St!!!

I'm kind of surprised to see such low ratings for this CVS. I've been able to use coupons without printing them by logging in on my phone. I have the rewards, which has already given me some discounts. My only complaint is that they're not very good at keeping their signage updated for their operating hours. Luckily it hasn't affected me yet, though. And the pharmacy isn't perfect, but I'd say they've done a pretty good job for me. Their notification system is really good. They tell you via text when your Rx is ready and how long it's available for - so you can plan your trips accordingly. Just remember to tell them when your info changes, or they might accidentally charge you the wrong price. The service in the pharmacy isn't always consistent, but usually it's pretty good. I do think the pharmacy team works hard, and I've even seen them consult each other to get the right information for me. I have a lot of respect for people who are willing to admit that they don't know something, and are willing to help you figure it out.

This farmacy is a joke. They make you feel like an idiot, they can be rude including the farmacist ive seen her argue with customers. Bottom line customer service is at the bottom of their priorities. When taking in new prescrition the lady behind couter must have been a refrigerator in a past life, she is cold as hell she wont even look at you she is very short and snappy with the conversation. Any how im a very calm person but ive had it. Now im told that my prescription was deactivated by my Dr. and i cant get its a holliday weekend and i cant get my high blood preasure medication, I've never heard of a Dr. Deactivating a medication prescription. Now i have to go to the emergency room to try to get a medication that i need to take every day. If my Dr. Did deactivate the medication i will owe you an apology and publish it but if thats not true and god forgive something hapens to me you will hear from my family....i know you know who i am we been having this isue for 2 days now...

Love Noli in the pharmacy. Always ready to help and will suggest how we can save more during our shopping trip. They also feel like family with their concerns for my elderly parents. Always asking how they're doing when we are picking up their prescriptions. Nice neighborhood pharmacy.
