Ordered a bed frame on Crate and Barrel website and selected a date to pick up. The warehouse has weekend and weekday appointments; weekends were booked for 1+ month out so I chose a weekday pickup. Received call the day before with reminder of pick up appointment.
The warehouse is located in an office park district in Tracy, a few minutes from Hwy 205. When you arrive, follow the signs for customer pickup. The pickup is a big sliding steel door on side of building. Press the buzzer and someone will come out to meet you. It took less than a minute for someone to respond. We gave them the last four digits of our order number and they came back with the packages.
I had been notified of the open hours of the warehouse (6am-1pm) but I wasn’t aware the staff take breaks and lunch where pickup is not possible (see photo). Fortunately, we didn’t arrive during those times but be aware of these breaks so you don’t end up waiting extra.

First time here for a delivery, not bad. Had a hard time finding truck entrance finally found it and made my drop.

I worked 3rd shift with team lead Louise and supervisor Steven G . They sent me home for calling in sick one day out of 4 months. That is highly racist against indigenous African Americans. I wouldn't recommend this company for employent

CB2 has terrible service. I went to pick up my coffee table at their warehouse in Tracy (1.5 hour journey) and they gave me 2 base pieces of 2 different tables.This happened prior to Christmas and I still didn't get a resolution.Extremely disorganized company selling hyper expensive items.

Why are there still new reviews indicating this place is open for business?? It’s employee office building and they indeed shutdown the warehouse 6 months ago.. there is nothing here stop leaving reviews..

We drove up here to pick up our storage bench and the staff was very helpful and offered fantastic customer service, especially the guy loading the furniture this Saturday morning.

We visited this warehouse and pickup a mirror. The staff was friendly and provided assistance. They moved the mirror near the entrance before we arrived, and they assisted us in moving it to our vehicle.
