We experienced unsatisfactory service from Tech Alyssa, who initially provided incorrect information regarding the minimum interval for the second COVID vaccination, stating it could not be administered before 8 weeks. Upon seeking clarification from the pharmacist, Alyssa approached us with a clipboard for paperwork, which was handled in a manner that seemed unprofessional. Additionally, the pen provided was not functional. Such behavior does not align with the expected standards of conduct within the medical profession. It is important for all staff to exhibit professionalism and a positive attitude towards patients.

I have been with Costco pharmacy for over 12 years and I wouldn't of left if I could of helped it. I was forced to change health insurance and they didn't cover it. Went to CVS and what a nightmare. Never again, so I found me another insurance that covers costco. I love Costco I will never leave them him again if I can help it.

Zero customer service skills . Very rude and the head pharmacist just mumbles on the phone and giggles - this was a pet prescription I could never imagine trying to fill a human prescription at this place .I contacted Manteca pharmacy they were so pleasant and efficient on gathering the information needed and are able to get filled same day . I would recommend driving a little further to get TOP notch customer service !

Hi Everyone,I Just wanted to share my very bad experience last week in costco pharmacy.I Went to costco pharmacy for flu shots for myself and my wife with the appointment pre-scheduled. You know what, Myself and my wife waited one hour to get the flu shots. it was a very bad experience i never had before and decided never to go back to them for any pharmacy related thing.i dont know why they need to take one hour to treat a patient with the appointment pre-scheduled and i did not see any one waiting on the line and it was not lunch time also.It was Totally a bad experience and bad day for me!

I received a Covid booster and it went quite smooth. The wait time was about ten minutes on the day I stopped by. They took my medical card and a medical technician took me into a private office and I was on my way. It was easy and pleasant.

Understaffed and unorganized. Not sure how much money you save, but it might not be worth your time and stress.

Today I went to pick up my subscription the doctor sent yesterday and they had no idea! They told me it would be ready in 20 minutes so I waited. 1 hour later I came back and they still did not have it!! I came back 3 hours later and they only had half of the prescription after I waited in line another 30 minutes. I am still waiting and have spent 2 hours of my day and it is terrible. It is so so frustrating.

They lie so they don't have to fill your prescription. It's sad these pharmacies act like they are the doctors actually worse then the doctors.

This could be a great pharmacy. Half the staff is great and the pharmacist is good. The problem is half the staff is incompetent! I am told one thing, I even give an extra day from when the day my insulin will be ready and it's not. They always blame the doctor but they had 2-3 days each time to get it resolved and don't. How does this happen EVERY time I get the same prescription. I have missed insulin doses on 3 separate occasions because of them. And no I don't wait for the last day. I usually give at least 3 days. I can't call any earlier because it won't be covered early. If my husband didn't work at Costco (their insurance requires us to go to Costco pharmacy) then I would never go back here. But my hands are tied. So every 2 months I miss my insulin and spend the next day feeling like crap. Thanks a lot!

So appreciated the pharmacist here in Tracy. He really cared about our needs. Unfortunately, the clerks are not as helpful. I was reprimanded for not having my kids prescription number on me. Is it that difficult to look up info on a computer? Basically, one gal told me I could take it or leave it, she really didn't care. Back to the small town service elsewhere!

So so so SAD nomore selling the MOCHA FREEZEE!! At the food court...Noway Me and family gonna misses alot the Mocha freeze. Every time we go shopping,grocery we never FORGOT order the Mocha freeze...We hope the Costco warehouse try to come back the frozen drink..We are waiting to come back! Please come back....Fyi when the Mocha freeze gone nobody people are buying any drink anymore.....have you notice that!!!
