I use to go to this shop every time, I changed tires to my car and done flat tires so many times. Previous guy is very friendly and helpful. There is a new guy from 6-7 months. This guy charged me $40 for flat tire. I told him previous guy use to charge only $20 he said you can come back if there is problem I will fix it. I paid $40 and left. Today I went and asked him to check there is some leak he was very rude and he want me to pay $35 to check and using abusing language. Which is very bad to treat your customer like that. I never got to this shop again. Later I went to other shop they charged me only $20

This guy said he would wait and had closed early unfortunately I had showed mins before store hours ended and closed up shop not cool man 4:58pm in a middle of week day

Amazing customer service! I got flagged down on my way to work at 9:30 am because someone noticed my tire was really low, I went to this place because it was the nearest tire shop, and the man aired up my tire and told me it would probably need a patch. I asked if he would be able to do it then since I have a long commute, and he did it right then, at a really good price too!! Plus he had me in and out in under 20 minutes so I wasn't too late for work either! Very understanding and accommodating staff, I'm so thankful for the help!!!! Someone buy the man a coffee or something!

I called to inquire about some electrical issues I'm having. The guy who answered needs to work on his communication and not be short or hang up on people. Basically blew me off and told me to go talk to a dealership, then hung up the call. Cool, thanks

Customer member discount is applied. I had my brake work done (replace pads, and refinish the rotor) and oil change. The team has done great job and very detail oriented. The shop floor is "very" clean. I am good with my ratings. Price wise is quite reasonable. Walk in is good. This site also carries wheel alignment. Thank you.

This is Harry's first shop been going here for 30 years. Best Used tire shop they also have New tires and offer Plugs, Patches, Tire Rotations & Wheel Balance. Everything else is literally down the street at the new location you legit have two options Harry is making sure both shops are always open and running. Best prices in the 209.

Took my car to City Auto for a tune up and oil change. Dropped car off at 9 am they called me about one pm said I needed a new alignment as well. I said oh no problem if it needs to be done please do it. They called me at 4:45 and said my car was done. I picked up my car and drove it home. It felt better then it started feeling weird. I got extremely worried so I had my car so I had to towed to a different ship out of town. The new shop said that City Auto broke my manifold and coils. City Auto Mechanic did not Aline the top manifold with the bottom correctly. They forced it on and drilled a whole new hole in my car manifold. I couldn't believe it. Called City Auto to ask them how they are going to resolve the situation. They said they wanted the car back to fix it. I didn't feel comfortable with that. Because if they were competition in the first place it would've never been broken and I would have had to take it to a second shop. They said they would call me back I waited all weekend city auto never called back never told me what they wanted to do about my car so I called them after waiting for four days I called them and the business owner wanted to speak over me didn't listen to anything I had to say didn't tell me that if he was going to pay for it to get fixed or if he was going to do anything about it I've been without a car for two weeks now struggling to get back-and-forth to work. City Auto's mentality is not of any concern how this carelessness of his mechanic is impacting our whole family's life. With no car. Customer service in dealing with this matter totally sucks!! Probably have to take this matter to court to get any type of resolution back. No rental car was offered nothing. My car is a big part of my life. I love my car! I try and take care of it and it is not a cheep car. 2016 Dodge Challenger. They just mangled my poor little car never take your car here! Ever! I'm good enough to pay $800 for service's but when they break my car and the cost to repair my car cost $2700.87 they throw up there hands and act like they don't know anything. Is it because I am a woman?!?! They feel they can pull a dirty move on a signal woman?!?! Shame on you City Auto!!!!! I am only giving a star because this app is making me or I would give negative stars

Got my truck aligned and rotated a week ago and everything was fine until I got home and half the lug nuts on the tire itself were barley on. Didn't take the extra ten min to tighten it down and make sure it was safe to drive on! Highly would not recommend this place!

I had a screw in my tire and it was going flat. Called them up and said come right in. They patched it near my sidewall and said if I had any problems come back, but it should work fine. Great service and the cleanest tire shop I have ever seen!!!

I want to give a big shoutout to my guy Singh who took take of my tire and provided me with a professional/caring experience at the East location. Real cool guy that I formed me on what I did not know and got me out of there fast. Thank you brother Singh!
