I called Jason to request a package for my car. He picked up, literally taking my call after hours. I wanted a package for my car...the very next morning, as early as possible! Talk about waiting for the last moment! Jason said he'd call me back, he needed to make some calls and try to rearrange his schedule. Eventually, he finally told me I was all set...to expect Justin at my home, barring traffic delays, 8 A.M.! I was very thankful! I couldn't believe he did that for me, but said he was all about customer service. Justin did show up at 8 A.M. the next morning. I had ordered the "Silver Package", and in just over 1 hour my car was completely done. The car looked great! Justin was just as nice and personable as Jason had been on the phone. I had wanted the car done so that I could go on a road trip at 9:30 A.M., and that's exactly what happened! While driving on macarthur in tracy ca on my way home from work my vehicle was right side swooped by a large white van with this business on the side with green decal I tried to call the driver over but he refused to and yelled profanities Large Hispanic/white male bald with some sort of writing on the side of his head He tried to drive me off the fwy as I tried to get him to pull over He headed northbound on the fwy I was unable to follow him This unfortunately took place 3days ago My vehicle is damaged but drivable He obviously is uninsured or has no licence or under some sort of influence if you are a business and unable to stop. It was 2am when this incident occurred shame on you will be pursuing this further
