I have been with Matrix for many years and it’s the only one that has great coverage where I live. The customer service is second to none, they are awesome to work with and I believe they really care about each customer they have.

I used matrix for more than a year, their speeds and prices are much better than competitors. They respond quickly to the calls and fix the issues if any. Joining and canceling the service is pretty easy. Thank you.

Installation seemed easy, except for it being windy…but everything else was perfect YouTube videos loaded up almost instantly. 720p or higher quality right out the gate. I could not be any happier with this massive upgrade from satellite internet. It’s been a week (of righting this) and it’s perfect. I’ve downloaded a 5 gb game on my ps5 in just 30 MINUTES! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? It used to take me 5 hours just to do that! And the price ain’t bad either for the service you’re getting

Matrix Broadband is the best WiFi! Rarely ever have any issues. Recently, when I was cleaning I accidentally disconnected the WiFi. Matrix Broadband texted me to ask if there was a problem! Hands down amazing customer service!

It works very well, I can watch movies without pauses or problems. My family loves it. I have had the service for 3 years, but I would like them to go down a little. The prices are a little high. Otherwise, very good, thank you.

Internet service has been great for me. Installer was great and very thoughtful. He listened to my concerns. Since I am just a renter and didn't want any damage to property. Very professional and good work. I have needed to contact company a couple times for questions and have always gotten prompt friendly responses. Very pleased overall!

Friendly, helpful, and efficient. Their customer service is spot on. I had service for a year and a half and I am not disappointed. The technician did not have an easy install because of location however he was persistent and found a solution to mount the dish. He was patient and very kind. The office always promptly returned my calls. They always made follow up calls after helping me troubleshooting to make sure I was able to resolve issues with other apps not pertaining to them. Yes, they go above and beyond to help their customers. I only discontinued service because I moved out of the area.I highly recommend.

My internet service is top notch! Reliable, affordable, uninterrupted, high quality performance with unbeatable customer service. These days it is unheard of speak with a human when you are experiencing an issue, but at Matrix(Cal DSL) Broadband my questions are responded to instantly by a informed and knowledge staff and if any issues arise (normally my error) they are resolved almost instantly! I couldn’t be happier

From my first phone call to actually getting installed the experience has been great. Customer service has been so refreshing in a time where customer service is at its lowest. Everyone I have spoke with have been excellent and very friendly. We had a very fast internet in the city but we moved out rural and I was a bit concerned However the internet has been flawless. Thank you so much and keep up the good work.

This company was the first in our rural area to offer internet and get us off dial-up. Have been with them ever since -- quite the journey working through all the chapters of progress in technology and growth! People and personal service have been and are outstanding; so happy we stayed with them. Actually faster speeds than the big corporations out here in the sticks! Kudos Chau, Elaine, Jason!
