Couple of weeks ago, Just had an amazing experience at Best Buy! The staff was super welcoming (big shoutout to the sales team!). They listened to what I needed (Apple TV), found it right away, and had me checked out in under 5 minutes. Total lifesaver on a busy weekday afternoon.

Very happy with the service we got from Mikayla, Chris and one girl we forgot to get her name but she has a lip piercing in her upper lip.
I am super new to the process of getting a new iphone my mom and i were looking at iphones and mikayla approached us and helped us out! they gave us phones to hold so we could get a feel of which one i was gonna pick out. they also got us through the process of ordering the iphone and set us up with proper expectations of what the activation and transfer process would look like. we were very grateful!!
we came back to set up the phone and we were helped by chris and the girl with the lip piercing, she had unfortunately not seen a phone so full before ? that was my bad it was super old and nothing was backed up. she put on the screen protector AMAZINGLY and my camera protector perfectly! she was incredibly patient with us as she had never seen a phone say it was gonna take two days to transfer ? so she let us know that maybe taking it home and doing it on home wifi would be better.
we are very grateful! they made this process way less intimidating and we appreciate their help tremendously

Some of the staff is nice most are rude. We know exactly who to look for now who is helpful and who is not. Have to go to this one because it's the only one around. Most of the time they don't have the item we need and have to drive to Tracy.

Mickayla was very helpful. She took time to find out what I needed, and make sure I understood all of the options. She then took us over to the Geek Squad so they could advise us if they could transfer the information. She was knowledgeable and very service oriented. Refreshing!

We had Geek Squad from Best Buy in Tracy CA come install TV wall mount. Our Geek Squad Agent Jay and Geek Squad Leader Dan did an amazing job at installing our 75" Hisense above our fireplace. They were very experienced and efficient at installing TV wall mounts. Installation did not take long and they even programmed our new TV. If you are looking for great service and value ask for Jay and Dan at Best Buy's Geek Squad in Tracy, CA.
