Couple of weeks ago, Just had an amazing experience at Best Buy! The staff was super welcoming (big shoutout to the sales team!). They listened to what I needed (Apple TV), found it right away, and had me checked out in under 5 minutes. Total lifesaver on a busy weekday afternoon.

Some of the staff is nice most are rude. We know exactly who to look for now who is helpful and who is not. Have to go to this one because it's the only one around. Most of the time they don't have the item we need and have to drive to Tracy.
