I went to the AutoZone in Tracy and my headlights didn’t show up in the computer, but Tony took the time to come out and look at what kind of light I had and they did carry it. He took them off replaced them and I was on my way. He was so personable and helpful. I would absolutely come here again for all my needs from now on.

Though sometimes the staff is low, the cashier guided me to their clean bathroom when i asked,most employees are knowledgeable in the car field and will help you with your questions

2-1-2024...1p.m. This experience & 5 star kudos goes to Isaac for excellent customer service. The reason for my visit to the Tracy Auto Zone was to replace an alternator that was under warranty I had purchased from a Auto Zone in Oakland a couple of years ago...(always purchase lifetime parts it's worth it) . This transaction went smooth...unfortunately the new alternator was a dud, left me stranded and drained my battery. after it was installed. The car was towed 40 miles back to the shop. My mechanic de-installed the dud alternator & battery then I called Issac...yeah I was heated but Issac took care of everything...Replaced the battery which wasn't under warranty, got me a new alternator and covered the reinstalling cost to my mechanic...Much props to Issac thankx man...

Very professional. Even though I couldn't get the type of battery I needed, but the gentleman who helped me was super. He went all the way to help me check on what similar to replace mine. No luck on finding it but his help & effort was greatly appreciated.

Very helpful staff. Isaac helped me install the headlights in the car. The front desk also made sure they have the product over the call before I actually go to the store for purchase.

Item I wanted was not in stock, manager offered to have it brought in from another store by 4pm. Great customer service!!! The store was stocked and clean....they have about everything! I will definitely return!

Every time I come to AutoZone experience! They always know what's wrong with my car and I have an older car. My light turned on for what I thought might have been a bad battery. I let the agent know and he said it actually might be your alternator. He grabbed the machine tested it and it was my alternator. Super blessed that he caught that right off the back because I could have been stranded somewhere in these backroads had he not given his suggestion! Thank you so much AutoZone!

I took my Mom's car in for a free check engine light reading and the gentleman that helped was super nice, courteous, and helpful. I wish I got his name, but all the employees there seemed very genuine and good people overall. I will always use AutoZone for all my family car needs. Thank you guys for the great service!

So I went to AutoZone to buy a battery of my car. The guy who sold me my battery had the worst customer service. So when I went to my car with my new battery, I called my husband and he told me that I cna ask them if they can help me change my battery. I went back to the store and asked the guy who sold me my battery to help me change it and he couldn't help me because he's gonna go to his lunch and I can ask the other guys to help me what a customer service is that?!?!?!? Shout out to Mr. Tony P of AutoZone for jumping in and offered to help me change my battery even though he was busy helping other customers. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service Mr. Tony P!!! We need more people like you!!!!!

I took off one star because I was given the wrong part for my mom's vehicle. She ended up paying to get this part painted, and when we were about to get it installed that's when we found out it was the wrong part! But...Issac the store mgr was great about the whole thing. He gets FIVE stars. He have me the $$ back for the part, and told me I could get the $$ back for the paint job too, but he'd have to file a claim w/ corporate. Anyway, the whole thing only took about 3 weeks to get the $$ back from corporate. My mom and I were relieved!
