I want to express my gratitude to Sal for delivering exceptional customer service. Upon my arrival, Sal welcomed me with a warm smile. Despite another customer waiting behind me, she courteously asked if she could assist them briefly before addressing my concerns. When I mentioned reception issues, Sal patiently walked me through troubleshooting steps and enlightened me about the transition to eSIMs in the iPhone 14 Pro. Store employee promises a price for trade-in and provides paper documentation, however, when I received the bill, it’s something different. And when I went back to the store, they claim the employee might’ve pressed on the wrong option. Very unprofessional.

I came in the store this evening just to inquire about the new phone my godson purchased and I was NOT acknowledged at ALL. I patiently waited almost an hour. When four other people entered the store, Jessica (manager) then wanted to add me to a list. No apology AT ALL. Told others they were next. SHE DEFINITELY SHOULD NOT BE A MANAGER. I would give zero stars if I could!

I went into the store & was assisted by Marcus + one other employee (can’t recall his name). My mom wanted to upgrade her iPhone & needed me with her because I’ve been managing + paying my parent’s phone lines on my account for a few years now. There were a few hiccups, & somewhere along the process they took me off the Signature Program where I had a discount applied through my last employer. It’s kind of shady, since I wasn’t made aware of it, & was suddenly hit with a $300+ bill. I called the manager of the store & he said there was nothing he could do about it. The experience has been disappointing & I wanted to make folks aware; I know we’re all out here doing our best to save on every bill.

As a former AT&T employee, it irks me when I see these salesmen take advantage of the customers which was a main reason I left the company. My dad and sister wanted to upgrade their devices and asked me how to do it without adding any other features to our current plan. I tell them that you essentially want a "dry upgrade" meaning nothing else more than upgrading your device. Meaning we do not want the "next up" feature. We do not want "home tech protection". We want to simply upgrade our devices. I get that you want your commission, but how about you just be a better sales CONSULTANT instead of saying the added features are included in the pricing and having them pay for something they already said they did not want. Everybody be sure to ask the sales "consultants" for a physical copy of the quote they bring out instead of just reading their "A and Bs" because they will screw you over just so they don't get dinked because it was a missed opportunity. They are supposed to be consultants meaning finding the best solutions to fit the customers needs. Not their own.

I visited this store on 8.12.23 on Saturday afternoon. I went to pay my bill. The kiosk machine needed to rebootSo, after the 3rd attempt, it still didn't work. The man who helped me said there is nothing else he could do right now but to shut it off again. When customers came in again. He turned from me to them and left me wondering what to do with my payment. I left, and the ppl there seem to get more attention than me. Since the machine had to reboot again. I waited.

I was helped by Asst Store Manager Fernando Vega. He was informative, clear in communication and personable. This is the kind of customer service that maintains my business and gives me faith in the benefit of human interaction. It is with these types of services that I see human skill and interaction is absolutely essential to reach solutions in a timely and efficient manner. Time is our most precious asset after all and Fernando was excellent at his job and save me time and energy.

I applied for this company and automatically they scheduled me for interview, tomorrow the one of associates called me and asked for rescheduling the interview, I was like fine no problem the next day when I went for interview the another associate asked me again to reschedule the interview because the manager is not there and he gave me the business card of manager it was the worst management!!!I’m just wondering thẻ manager is like this how the employees would be like?????I texted to him then he respond he’s gonna give me another date for interview today’s after tow week I didn’t get any new date for interview.It’s so funny how they’re working and how they’re expecting us to be on time???just wasting time !!!

This has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had as a person/customer at a phone store. Walked in and sat there for thirty minutes at which I talked to an employee, was told to wait... people walked in afterwords and the guy with the manbun checked them in and then us. Afterwords sat for another thirty without so much as hello. Verizon is wayyyy better, needed to get a friend a new sim card. Wasted over an hour and half for nothing and terrible recommendations. If you have any questions/want a phone vérizon has way better deals and customer service. Got my iphone 14 pro max there was in and out within an hour, sat here for one sim card wasted almost two hours and got nothing. Complete waste of time.
