Their service is excellent and unmatched, with staff going above and beyond to help. Employees demonstrate great kindness, knowledge, and patience, helping customers figure out what they are looking for even when they are not sure of the words to describe it. They do not mind trouble and spend significant time, looking everywhere to find specific or hard-to-find items. This helpfulness makes a huge difference for customers. The store provides a convenient shopping experience with quality products from local experts who are caring and thoughtful. Helping customers is the most important thing, making it a great place.
One of the better Ace hardware locations in the area. I come from out of town just to shop here. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the online order pickup process is very muddled and not smooth at all.
