“BEST PHARMACY AROUND! They have an awesome staff & they are so caring, kind, helpful & willing to go the extra distance to get your scripts cheaper . They are very knowledgeable & very attentive. I have many allergies to prescription meds & they are alwayswatching my back. There was a few times they had to flag scripts & get something else prescribed due to my allergies. I feel safe with Oso Pharmacy & I think they have an awesome group of people working here. I love them & I wouldn't trade their customer service for any other place. They are da BEST!!!!”

“Genoa Pharmacy at Mission Viejo has truly been an amazing experience, especially the fabulous service and time received from David the Pharmacist.I have always been to chain pharmacies some well known one would find around every corner and these pharmacies have the worst customer care, talk to customers rudely and the pharmacists behave like they were MD's themselves. I had just become accustomed to either waiting in a mile line or being treated and spoken to rudely as a matter of a pharmacy culture.Wow!!!! Genoa Pharmacy and David have changed my perception of pharmacies and pharmacists a whole 360 degrees. As soon as Genoa received my prescription, I received a call from David the pharmacist who took time in explaining each medication, the use, the cost, the timing. I am still smiling to realize that there is after all a human side to Pharmacists. After the fantastic time and explanation, I was told my medications would be shipped and within 18 hours they were at my door step.I have never experienced such a fantastic pharmacy experience and this has changed my whole concept of a pharmacy and patient experience with a pharmacy. Thank you David - you are a wonderful Pharmacist and wish other big chain pharmacies could learn from you.For anyone reading this, for what it is worth - don't waste your time at chain pharmacies who treat you bad - they don't realize you are the customer paying for them that keeps them in that pharmacy. I highly recommend switch to Genoa Pharmacy at Mission Viejo and ask for David; but I am sure you will receive the same amazing customer experience I have experience. Never again to waste my time at those so called big chain pharmacies who are better suited to sell cosmetics and grocery items.Fantastic service David and Genoa - I am your customer for good.”

“I'm rating it 5stars to offset the undeserved low rating this location presently shows. All & all it's a solid 4star experience. The fifth star would require some training in customer service for pharmacy staff (8/10 pick-ups are without issue, but the 2 with issue need entire days to resolve). The store itself is well maintained & stocked. The staff working the store are knowledgeable & helpful. The pharmacy staff can do better but I reserve harsh criticism due to the number of prescriptions these days. Maybe some calming music over the loud speaker would help tensions at the pharmacy. Frustration with one customer should not carry over to all interactions there after. See ya in the pick-up line”

They always deliver patient's medications in a timely manner and working with their pharmacists and staff is always a pleasure! Before we found this pharmacy, it would take months to get medication delivered to our office. We are so glad we found this pharmacy and we wonder why not all pharmacies can be like them.”
“The Pharmacy was great for the one time I used them since they were the only pharmacy that had the drug my doctor prescribed, which I had to quit taking due to a severe allegeric reaction. I was there for 10 minutes to pick up my prescription but it cost me $4.00 to park! That's what I didn't like and due to that unexpected extra expense, I won't ever use that pharmacy again. That's highway robbery! Saddleback Hospital now has free parking due to a generous donor, if anyone else besides me hates the gated prison like atmophere of Mission Hospital.”

“I shop at this CVS location often. Everyone there is friendly and helpful and will greet you as soon as you come in the door. On this particular visit, Ian, Alex and Randy were awesome! There were no CVS Apple Cider Gummies on the shelf or in the warehouse and they price matched a brand that was on stock. Now that’s service; great customer and Alex brought me a shopping cart. My hands were filled with my items go purchase.

“15 years my grandmother and I were customers at this specific pharmacy until we both moved out of the area. The multiple pharmacists that work here are wonderful and have provided consistent professional service. The other staff whom are not pharmacists have taken great care of our needs as customers. My grandmother has received multiple vaccinations here. All of her records have been maintained accurately in one place has made caring for her that much easier. I have also been given guidance regarding which medications are okay to take together and which ones are not. “I've been going to this pharmacy for years. The lines at the other CVS off of El Toro and Paseo de Valencia were ridiculous. Always packed because of old folks at Leisure World/Laguna Woods. Anyway the pharmacy staff is always courteous, respectful, and fast. They know all of the “regulars†by first name and will gladly have your pills ready for you as soon as you walk up to the counter if they see you coming. They also have no issue speaking with your doctor or insurance company to get your prescription filled. I noticed that some people weren't happy with the phone system but I've never experienced long wait times. That being said I would not be surprised if that happened because on a regular day they usually only have 2 technicians and 1 pharmacist available. Add in the business of their location and I can see why some people would need to wait longer on the phones.”
