They got me in as soon as I pulled up. It was affordable and great service. They overfilled my oil by quite a bit and the plastic under carriage that surrounds my drain plug was dripping oil. Not a huge deal but just a couple things they could improve upon. I would go back tho because it's convenient and affordable.

This place is terrible, save yourself the hassle and take your car someplace that knows what they are doing. I had to take my car back 3 times after they fixed the oil leak and it is still leaking.The last time I was there they said I needed a new power steering pump for $800. I finally took my car for a second opinion. The second opinion says not only is the power steering pump fine but since oil has splattered all over my engine I have to get it steam cleaned for $220 so the leak can be located, and new belt $130, and to be prepared to replace the alternator since oil has probably gotten in there too. There are several options for repair shops up here.... stay away from this one!

Don't go here! First of all, if you're looking to get any customer service, avoid this place. The guys that work there are unpleasant, and I felt that because I was a female they could treat me poorly. Expensive and untrustworthy

I've gone here before, and as much as I would like to give this place 5 Stars, I just can't. I find that the people are not friendly, and they give you the feeling of being a shady operation. Today I had the oil changed in my vehicle and I had a second car ( my wife's) that needed an oil change too. I ended up taking her car to another place on the same day just to avoid having the bad vibes. Businesses need to know that a major part of their success evolves around "consumer experience". After I paid $130 for an oil change, I would have enjoyed leaving, and coming back with my second car......but I didn't. I know that I was charged for an oil filter, but I left not knowing for sure. I didn't see a new one or an old one. The employees need to take a class on how to make their customers feel appreciated, and assured that their car is serviced as requested.

Got my last oil change here , this time I went to jiffy lube and they showed my that the oil filter was the wrong size and it’s been leaking ever since. If you didn’t have the right size filter you should have told me and sent me on my way .

Oil change took 30 minutes and everyone was very pleasant and nice. He did not try to needlessly upsell me on anything which was great. Only suggestion would be to get the waiting room cleaned. It has not been cleaned in a very long time as there were cobwebs everywhere, dust on every shelf, and the windows and window blinds were brown from dirt. Also no AC so it was very stuffy and more comfortable to wait outside.

Great experience here! Lived here for years and never gave Econo lube a shot, partly because I just assumed it would be a typical chain store experience. I was definitely wrong. Peter is very honest upfront about what you need or don't need and is not a pushy "salesman" at all. I am coming here every time our car needs service from now on.

Peter the owner is such an honest owner. He is first to help you out in any way he can. His prices are great. The service is fast and efficient. This will be our go to place for our cars. Thank you for such great customer service.
