Old and dated, revolving door of teachers, sickness, and bad habits. Our daughter has been attending this school for about a year. Throughout this time, she has had countless teachers in both the infant and toddler rooms. This place seriously lacks stability, and seemingly leadership making the right decisions to retain teachers.During her time in the infant class, our daughter was bitten NUMEROUS times. We never made it too big of a deal, understanding this was quite normal for little ones, especially while teething and not being able to properly express themselves. We didn't think too much of it. Fast forward a few months, and now it was our daughter on the other end of the biting. When it happened, we would have a conversation with the teacher about the why/when, and what was done to reinforce that it wasn't okay. Again, it didn't seem like it was a big deal as we had been on the other end of it before. It was extremely uncommon for her to bite friends/family, so we didn't have a ton of opportunities to try to reinforce these actions at home. Being that she was enrolled full time, they certainly had more hands-on time when it comes to biting other kids than we ever could have.Jump to today, our daughter was kicked out of school for biting. No official warning, no offense countdown, no suspension, just kicked out. This is 2-weeks after my wife suffered a random seizure, cannot drive, and we are 2-weeks away from an out-of-state move. All of which they are aware of. Now we have no daycare, I am the sole care for my wife and now child, in a semi-packed home. They made a rash, one-sided decision, without reasonable communication and resolution, because they do not care and we were one foot out the door. Her teacher didn't even know my daughter was being kicked out, it was apparently Atosa's decision. This was a habit she picked up at this school! Kids will be kids, and we don't feel that the teachers did enough to deter or redirect these actions for our child and others. If the turnover wasn't so high, perhaps they'd have quality relationships between teachers and children to better facilitate bad habits like these. When your business is built around bad habits to begin with, I can't say I'm shocked that you took the easy way out with my child.

They established inspiring classroom setting with systems and procedures that managed student behavior, movement and learning. A supported and guided staff in classroom to achieve desired goals set forth for children. Implemented individualized learning plans, group lesson plans and classroom activities and also consistent with instructional guidelines. Guided children to resolve disagreements and documented issues, incidents and behavior problems for appropriate follow-up and enforced rules of behavior to seemingly drive social development and maintain positive interactions.

My son has been going here for 5 months and we are so happy a part of the Dove Canyon Montessori community. He started off going 3 days part time, then 5 days part time, then now 5 days full time. My son LOVES his teachers and is excited to go to school everyday! We absolutely love the flexible hours and also that they provide breakfast, lunch, and a snack - huge bonus for working parents!

I cannot say enough to praise the wonderful Director and teachers at Dove Canyon Montessori School. We relocated to Orange County this year and this school was conveniently located right outside the gate of Dove Canyon. Transitioning a 4-yr old to a new school is not easy and I was worried how my son would adjust. The transition from his former school was difficult for him but the professionals at this school showed my son soo much patience and love that he was able to adapt. This school is meticulous, structured, clean, and organized. A child's day consists of learning, playing, napping, reading, crafts and socializing. They also provide nutritious meals and snacks. Their hours of operation are designed for working parents (7am-6pm), which is fantastic, it is rare to find schools that offer these flexible hours. The highlight of my day is picking up my son so I can hear about his day and what he has learned. I trust them 100% and have complete peace of mind while I am work. I would recommend DCMS to anyone.Special thanks to Mrs. Atosa and Team!

We are so happy with the infant room! Our son has been attending the school for about 9 months. Ms. Susan is so incredible!! She genuinely cares for all the babies like they are her own. We drop off our son everyday knowing with complete confidence that he will be cared for and loved on. It's an extra bonus that we get pictures and get to hear as much detail about his day as we want :) They also provide breakfast and lunch as your baby gets older, which is so helpful!

We have had our son in the infant room with Ms. Susan for almost a year now. We love Ms. Susan!! She cares for him like he is her own son. She goes above and beyond to make sure he is happy and healthy and has everything he needs. Our son loves her and jumps from our arms to her every morning. You can't ask for a better person to watch your baby. Also, they send us pictures and we can touch base as often as we want to check in on him. Highly recommend the infant room.

I highly recommend this school for any parents in a recent search. Amazing staff who truly cares for its kids. Children are met with the highest level of learning for their age and encouraged to be more advanced than kids in their typical age group. In every way shape and form you'll be happy you chose this school!!!

I really like this daycare because the teachers genuinely care for the children. I moved to Orange County in July 2022 and our children have been attending this daycare/preschool/aftercare program since then (6 months). We've been attending now for 9 months. My older daughters attend the after school program (ages 9 and 7). My boys are 1 and 3. On weekends my little 3 year old will ask to go to school so he can see Ms. Charo (his teacher), which I find to be a very good sign. He's always excited to see his friends. My older daughters usually want to stay longer because they have so much fun in the after school program. And they also provide breakfast, snack, lunch and snack for the kids! I am thrilled I found this daycare and very pleased with all they offer.

My twin girls have been going to this school from past 3 months and they love it. Their teacher Mrs.Bader is very good in teaching the Montessori concepts. The school provides free morning day care, free breakfast and free lunch. Not many schools in the area provide all these facilities. Also the school is open year round and closed only on major holidays. Most schools take full month fees but close at least 2-3 days in a month for no reason but at Dove canyon Montessori working parents like me find it very easy as the school is open all days of year.
