Employees are awesome!!! The problem is that everything is locked in cabinets and you have to wait for the only 2 employees working the floor to assist you. With one self- check down and elderly people unable to use the only other available self check, your over worked employees cannot assist customers on the floor. I left without my items and will now be ordering them from Amazon. I don’t steal, but I see why people might. Don’t be so cheap hire more employees!!!! You are going to end up losing $$, the only thing you really care about anyway!!!

I was racially profiled at this store. Tall skinny white guy kept giving me customer service in a hostile way when I was at self check out. I was at the end of the transaction and he asked me if I was doing ok WTF. before that I was in line when the person in front of me just finished at that point he said I can help you here. I declined and did the self checkout since I was already waiting and it opened up. This employee need to do better.

I had originally come in, to purchase a drink nothing big. I am in between vehicles and homes right now, so I was limited on resources and time. However, my feet were hurting, and after purchasing some bandages that Luke had recommended, I was allowed to go in the bathroom to bandage up. Clearly in pain, both Luke in the manager Danielle saw, and asked me if I would like to sit down near the photo studio for a few minutes. Understanding that this is not ideal to have an obviously in-housed person in the line of sight of other customers, and having been a multi unit retail manager in the past myself I was very appreciated of this. Danielle had began to ask me questions, making me feel like I was not just another number in the assembly line and began l to personalize my experience at CVS by asking questions that mattered as well as added value to my visit . As I was sitting and looking at photos to print., Luke had begun to ask identifying questions regarding merchandise that this CVS location I was visitng had sold, and then began to settle in professionally make recommendations about different products. It was not too pushy or awkward, but we’re very relevant and helpful. Again, as being in sales in management, my entire life prior to unemployment, I appreciated the hustle and hunger, as well as the out-of-the-box, thinking and thought, when I re-prize my role as a multi unit manager, I am going to come hire this guy immediately ha ha. Danielle‘s leader ship and kindness, coupled with Luke’s, professionalism and talent made not only my visit to the CVS , a great one, but turned an upside down day into a positive very quickly and left an impression they will stay with me for life. Thank you guys and girls, CVS leader ship, you have two phenomenal employees that are keepers for sure, and I anticipate will be in your roles in no time. Thank you again, God bless.

Just got off phone with pharmacy tech to ask about update of prescription. Very rude attitude. If you sent want to help customers, you shouldn't be in this business.

Went in after getting a toe infection from the nearby "Polish nail salon" in the same strip mall. I was really upset because my big toe was painfully infected and injured from that horrible dirty pedicure and they refused to even refund the botched pedicure and told me to take them to court. I had purchased bandages and Neosporn and left them behind in the CVS from being so upset. Anyhow, went back for the stuff i had left behind and I was really reassured by both the manager and the checker that they understood my pain, the manger replaced my forgotten items and even recommended soaking in Epson salt, she was very kind and so was the young male checker, much more EMPATHY then the nail salon who injured my toe!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know what's up but this location has extremely grumpy employees. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Safe to say, they hate their jobs and everyone that walks into that store.

The pharmacy personnel is very rude; not customer oriented at all. Went in to ask a question re filling a prescription Me:can you help me? I had an rx phoned in at another CVS and I am wondering if Staff:no we close n 6 minutes This person did not even let me finish my sentence I wonder why she treats people so poorly... reflections of poor character maybe. So glad my employees treat people with more dignity!!

The 2 old hags that work at front registers are RUDE and CONDESCENDING!!!!! It multiple ways and this is NOT the first time. One has super short hair super old. And other is old and taller and longer grey hair. NEVER GOING BACK TO CVS here again gave you multiple chances but the old females at the front are RUDE and greasy like they need to shower. Talking DOWN to me when ALL I wanted to do was send a package. Super rude DO NOT GO HERE unless you like people with horrible customer service. Like I was a joke to them like seriously super UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
