Bought platinum unlimited package but very first try car wash didn't work and I had to wait 20 mins for them to get it fixed. Next was vacuum that didn't work at all after inserting $2.50.

Bad wash .Left some dirt spots. Customer service wasn’t any better either. No credit for rewash or discount

No air drying / blowers and the vacuums are $2.00 in quarters instead of included like most car wash places.
