I've been to this place a few times, but the service is consistently bad, and it seems like they don't care at all. I'd rather shop online than come here and leave feeling ignored and unhappy.

Too expensive, compared to Portugal, Zara of portos has better quality for a much lower price 100% linen shirts for €25 euros and the styles are way better

The cashier with the dreads was rude.
The manager was ever worse.
It was so horrible i literally was wondering why all the employees were so mad and the female manager on shift today around 5/6 PM had 1. Nasty attitude, 2. Kept rolling her eyes, & 3. Didnt even communicate with me at the register.
For such a nice establishment they have to hire better people its like a bunch of badly raised kids running a store.

Horrible service. They never have more than two people checking out lines of purchases or returns. The other 7 employee's are literally standing around talking to each other. It’s ridiculous. I hate come here.

Wide selection in this Zara store. And prices can sometimes be more than good. If you can come here early, you will be saving time as sometimes there can be a wait.

this is by far the worst ZARA location i've ever came across. the workers there are terribly rude, lack attentiveness, and definitely need to go back to training. i went to try some clothes on today and there's this one worker that stood out the most, and not in any good way... the way she talks to customers should not be tolerated. i tried to be understanding because maybe she's having a bad day which is normal.. but even though i was being nice to her, she STILL found some way to be disrespectful. She has a buzz cut btw. thankfully she was not running the floor with that tone of voice. it was probably best that she was only in the back (fitting room). ZARA use to be the best store for formal clothes but not anymore now that they completely downgraded their staff! managers need to step up, and hopefully none of them were managers.. that would be such a disgrace. if i could, i would give 0 stars.

Disliked everything about this store. I hadn't been in one of these stores since the 90's Lol and I remembered the quality being much better.For the most part, the clothes looked cheap. It's not horrible for clothes to not be expensive, but I can't stand it when they look and feel like poor quality. On top of that, the store was crowded and looked messy. I don't remember why I was in there, but it was one of those experiences where I couldn't wait to leave.
