This I the WORST insurance company ever!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! So my car right side mirror was hit taken off, not my fault noted it to insurance the next day, didn't get any call back or did the insurance make any effort to contact me, I call back a day later they stated it was my fault when they never came the see the car. They put me at fault based on the words of the opposing party even though I have physical evidence & eye witnesses . So I decide screw it they are not going to help me so its time to get the car fixed, I take the car leave it there at there designated bodyshop for about a week I decide to call to follow up because I get no updates or anything like usual, then I get told by the car fixers that the insurance company hasn't went to look at the car yet, I call my car insurance to see what's going on to find out that they were unaware that my vehicle was there. This insurance is a joke, they are unprofessional & don't care about there clients. All the employee's in the office are RUDE COMBATIVE. The lack of communication is horrendous Cant believe such a business exists! Would avoid at all costs. I will freely contact anyone who has questions about this insurance location.
