Y&S Auto Body Shop provided outstanding customer service and did an amazing job fixing my rear back bumper. They even helped coordinate a pickup to my rental car agency when I dropped my car off. Jesus helped manage the repairs for my car and provided excellent communication about details of the repair. I am very grateful for Jesus’ level quality of service and the workmanship of the Y&S Auto Body Shop.

We had a great experience taking our car to this shop.
Drop-off: When our car was dropped off by the tow truck, I needed something out of the car. I called and walked through what to do with the customer service representative, who was able to retrieve what I needed.
Status communication: Y&S are effective communicators and easy to work with. They kept us informed about what was happening and when our car would be completed on a regular basis.
Pick-up: Our car was completed a day ahead of schedule. We inspected our car after it was finished and noticed some paint over spray on part of a plastic exterior part. They cleaned it up quickly, were apologetic about it, and returned the car with a very short wait. We couldn't tell there was any damage; the car looked brand new. They even vacuumed the inside thoroughly. I can tell the employees working on the cars are detail oriented. The only thing I wish I didn't have to do was make an extra stop to get a cashier's check to pay; I wish they accepted credit cards.
A week later: my dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I called Y&S, they had me return my car, and they fixed the issue in a short waiting period. Great turnaround time at this shop.

Terrific experience with Y&S. The initial paperwork was ready when I arrived to drop off my car. Text communication was key to staying up to date on status. The job was finished before the promised date. And my car looked perfect when I picked it up. Highly recommend.

I flew in to LA to help out a family member with a repair to a Tesla. I had two days to organize it. This shop was simply the best. From the moment I called Carl it was smooth sailing from quote to repair to delivery. They kept me informed about progress while I was back home on the East Coast and I was able to easily work with Carl remotely. The repair was perfect. Highly recommend.
