Amer in the Deli department managed to remember my exact order with the modifications after what felt like a gap of at least a month of me not being served by him. I’m sure he has done the same for others but I wanted to acknowledge it if someone hasn’t already. This is something I don’t experience at other whole foods locations and I hope it’s being recognized by management.

Normally, I get the brand Really Raw honey. But they were out of it. And I saw Honey Pacifica flavor Eucalyptus. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks yummy ?

This review is two fold and in no way reflects Clay who made me an incredibly delicious farmhouse ham sandwich. Clay went above and beyond to resolve the problem that I've had many times at this specific Whole Foods. The sandwich counter for the last three visits and including this one , is always missing sandwich items so out of the 8 sandwiches they can usually just make half. Clay resolved this issue for me this time but it's clearly a management issue or stocker issue or both. Also the hot bar was a mess, food all over the counter. They need to step it up over here in these areas.

Just because the store is Whole Foods, not all stores are alike! The staff here is really nice! Love this Whole Foods location! Vegetables are fresh, seafood and meat selection great, and hot cooked meat like tri tip and meat loaf delicious!!! The reason I enjoy shopping here is the helpful and friendly staff! The friendly smile and cheerfulness of the checkers brings me comfort at the end of a busy day. Being able to return my Amazon things here is an extra convenience I appreciate!! If I had one little wish, it would be for a bell at the seafood counter. I buy seafood every time I'm at the store, but because I am short they can't always see me or they are in the freezer area. This store has many selections of smoked salmon, shrimp and clams I can't get anywhere else! Thank you Whole Foods!

Review only for the seafood department. Why is one of your seafood department workers always angry and not really happy to serving people? The market overall is fine, it is just kind of dreadful to get something from the seafood department without this worker to throw the package back me every time.

I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect in a store, not even in this country, for a mistake. Workers at this particular store need to learn how to treat customers.Today, around 5 p.m., I was in the Prepared Food Section of the store, I walked in circles several times, looking for a sign or someone there to ask how it worked, but I saw other ladies self serving, so I assumed it was OK to self serve. I did not know that in that particular area, you had to ask employers to serve you food. Again, there was not a sign indicating that.Anyway, I opened one of the food window doors and started self-serving some asparagus. A lady - another costumer-asked me if we could self-serve because she didn't know, so I said, "I guess so." I continued, and out of nowhere, I got scared by an employee. It was an old man screaming at me: "WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING?" I immediately said I was sorry and that I didn't know, but he kept complaining at me, and instead of helping me or something, he went away saying things and moving his hands. You can check on cameras if you have. Even the lady next to me was like, "What's going on?" and told her I was sorry because I didn't know.Next, another employee, a woman this time, came and asked if someone was self-serving, so I said it was me. "YOU can't do that," she said? I told her now I knew, but not before, so she helped me serve some other things. All I wanted to do was to get out of this place, and I do understand the concern for the food, but to be very honest, I did not see the difference between the food next to it and in any case there should be a sign. So again, I do understand and appreciate keeping food out of germs or contamination, but it was a simple mistake, and there are ways to talk to people. Employees should never talk like that to people.
