Rite aid needs to remove their ice cream area because there's not a time of day you can come get ice cream and an employee is not either upset or lying that it's closed to avoid helping you. Why have it if it's so difficult for them to handle it?

Nicest Rite Aid I've ever been in. I'm not a wine drinker but they have a HUGE selection of high end wines here so if you need to bring one for a party, I'd highly recommend. I was looking for two items: one was out of stock and the other was the ice cream which was closed. But aesthetically, best designed Rite Aid. Doesn't feel like your typical pharmacy store.

I have been shopping at this Rite Aid for decades. It used to be a Thrifty. Armida is the absolute worst cashier. I have never in my entire life had an associate, ANYWHERE, refuse to complete my transaction. She said, "don't stress out on me" and walked to another register. How RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. She talks too much, doesn't listen, rushes things, then blames you for her bad behavior and mistakes. I'm offended and hurt... What a weird woman!

Came here right before 9pm because we wanted ice cream after AYCE KBBQ. We weren't sure if they were still serving ice cream, but after around 5 mins of waiting, someone came by to help us. The selection was good, but some ice cream tubs were on their last leg/completely out. I just got a single scoop of chocolate malted krunch. The scoop was tiny. All of our scoops were tiny -__- Only reason getting a scoop there is worth it if everyone wants a different flavor. Their freezers have tubs that are much cheaper. Can't complain about the ice cream since it's consistent and made in a factory, but the scoops there are definitely not worth it.

The pharmacy manager is extremely rude! I believe her name is Langchi Vu (of course she doesn't wear a badge it wouldn't be in her favor to do so) she turns down everyone that walks in to get their Covid vaccine even though online and near the storefront it specifies walk ins welcome 2pm-3pm & that is when I went (Sunday 11.21.2021 between 2-3pm) but according to her walk ins are only Monday through Friday which are just her rules because online & near the storefront it doesn't say anything about it only being during the week so I let her know online it says nothing about Monday to Friday she asked "What?" and I showed her on my cellphone she then rudely said "Fill this out then!" & gave me the paperwork. While doing so I seen her turn down another man with the same lame excuse that it's only Monday through Friday. She didn't write my daughters birthday on the vaccine card and I went back to ask her and she yelled out "You can write it yourself, no one is going to check that!" Unbelievable how we are being encouraged to get the Covid vaccine and professionals like her are rude and discouraging to the public. If I could've rated no stars I would have!

Rude, judgmental, unhelpful pharmacists, which is the last thing anyone needs when they don't feel good. Being kind and patient costs nothing. The guy pharmacist is excluded from this review, as he's the only helpful and friendly one.

I needed to renew my passport and came here to have the photo done in late May early June of 21. It was really hard to find a Rite Aid to do it because the cameras apparently easily break and I called 5 places before I found this one. Upon arrival I was met by a nice young woman and provided 2 ugly dark photos that were not cut to size & my head looked to big. The price was fair. Despite the poor quality, I trusted them because they advertise for this important task and have a special camera that is supposed to be up to the job. I went home & cut the photo to size, put it correctly on the application and sent it via the post office that day. 4 weeks later (end of June 2021)I got a rejection letter that simply said the photo was not up to par. I was furious as I applied early to get it back for a desired Aug-Sept trip and WOULD have had it in July had the photo not been bad. I was able to get a hold of Rite aid-with much difficulty as no one answers the phone at the local store and advertised emails did not work. They promised to retake the photos which seriously is not enough for the problems they created. Earle the manager was dismissive on the phone and laughed at me when I said they ruined my summer plans. I went back to this Rite aid and had Earle re-take the photos. He took my photo at least 10 times and each time the quality was worse than the last and he knew it . That is why he kept taking it. Anyhoo, Earle sent me on my way wasting 30 min of my time, with several over exposed photos and a refund for the original ones. BTW-still not enough! I took the photos that very day to a post office that is expert at accepting applications and showed them the over exposed second photos Rite aid supplied me and they said NO WAY way would they be accepted! I then drove to the local AAAs to get a proper photo but they had a broken camera and sent me away. I drove to the local CVS where I got my photo 10 years ago and they no longer did them and referred me to UPS. UPS took very good care of me in no time for 15 bucks. The UPS photo looked worlds better than the two Rite aid photos. In the Rite aid photos they gave me a giant head AND one was too dark the others too light (over exposed). I sent the UPS one off that day. Because of Rite aid I lost a month of time traveling. I travel for work as well as pleasure. I paid postage twice, paid for expedited service because of them which was 60 bucks, and had to frantically run around town trying to right their wrong because I cannot live w/o a passport. I sent the photographic proof to their main office of the photos but have received no response-I guess they do not care. They need to NEVER use their broken camera again at this store. They are falsely advertising that they can provide a service that they clearly cannot and they are hurting people dearly and too d*** to realize the seriousness of their actions. Never trust Rite Aid.

Every time I go in this rite aid it is always neat and clean. They have a large OTC and Vitamin section with a good price. Also, the employees always offer to help me find what I am looking for. Very pleasant experience every time.

I have been shopping here for over 15 years and love the cleanliness, availability of products, and of course the friendliness of the front end & the pharmacy! I definitely recommend this store to all my friends and family.

I went into this Rite-Aid today at 8:00 pm and was treated unfairly. As I was standing in line there was a couple that checked out through self checkout (no cashier) line and Salesha cashier stopped them in front of me as I was walking up next to pay and kindly asked the couple if they would like a bag for their items. Keep in mind I was next for her to call me up to pay and she offered help to these people who weren't even in line and had already paid and we're leaving! She didn't charge this couple for the two bags she gave them. So when I went up to pay she was not friendly at all with me because I was not the same nationality as she and the couple were! I paid for my items as she tossed them on the counter! I was waiting for her to put my items in a bag and she didn't. When I asked for a bag because of course she didn't offer me one she said I have to charge you .10 cents for the bag! What nerve she had to charge me when she just gave two free bags away! The statement I am trying to make here is not the measly .10 cent for the bag it's the racial profiling this lady exhibited! I have been coming to this Rite Aid Store for 22 years now several times a week and have never encountered such racial bias! I hope Rite-Aid management reads this and reaches out to me for more details! Sad what Rite Aid hires these type of people! Horrible experience that left me smh!!!

In the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020, I stopped at this store to grab an asthma inhaler. Couldn't find them, so I inquired with the cashier. She told me (in a tone - you know the one - like I am an idiot) they don't sell them OTC and wouldn't even look into it for me. First off, there most certainly are OTC inhalers; I purchased one the following morning at a different Rite Aid location. Secondly, I understand not every employee is expected to know about every item you carry, however they should at least be willing to check, especially when it comes to more vulnerable members of the population during uncertain times. And before you assume I'm some "Karen," I also work in the retail realm, and don't just shrug off customers asking for help. Completely disgusted by the lack of training and empathy here. Do better!

I live half a mile from this Rite Aid, but I had to stop going there because without fail they would take forever every time I needed something. After ten or so instances where it takes 45 minutes to fill my kid's prescription when they said it would take 5, enough is enough.

I have been a customer of this Rite Aid for the last 15 years, I even pick up my prescriptions here. Unfortunately, I will now be my purchases at another drug store chain. The night manager on 8/10/19 (Jisele) was rude not only to me as a customer, but her own fellow employees. I had came to return a purchased item that I was returning a week after purchase and was told it had to be less than the amount that I originally the item. Even though what I paid for it was the marked price on the item in the store on 8/10/19. This was really frustrating as a loyal customer to this store location, because my purchases here on a weekly bases. When I had asked for the managers name she wouldn't even tell me and was not wearing a visible name tag. She just walked away and told me to take the policy papers. It's understandable that you have to abide by a policy, but it's not necessary to be rude and uncooperative.
