Big line, only 2 persons working in the cashier. Very bad service. Also they cover the cashiers with a decoration to give worst service. The time of your customers is not free.

There’s always a problem with this bank. 2) ATMs out of service. ATMs out of money , no financial banker available, system is down. Short staff. Always, always, always.

There's another branch much closer to home (only about a mile away, in fact) but I seriously can't stand that place. The tellers are fine, but anyone above them do not deserve their positions. Their management always treated me like a second-rate citizen, so I never went back. This place is much further, but the service is FAR better. I was welcomed with a warm greeting immediately soon as I walked up to the window. I had a sorta-complicated transaction that was handled with ease and zero stress and was done in way less time than I expected. It was delightful. Good first run. This might just be my WF branch go-to from here on out.

The other reviewers are correct regarding the customer service at this location. My mother visited today to a do a simple transaction and the teller SAMAN was extremely condescending. It's VERY rare that I get a complaint from my mom regarding customer service because she is very patient and kind. However, Saman decided to take advantage of her vulnerability and treat her poorly. I would not recommend coming to this branch and would hope that Saman gets a lesson on customer service skills becuase she obviously needs it. Saman, if you are reading this, please consider getting another job that doesn't involve any sort of interactions with humans. You are clearly not fit for it.

I am very happily switching banks this year. Wells Fargo made it clear they don't care about their customers when they canceled my account with zero notice while I was away for school. Terrible customer service and support. 0/10.

Long lines, never has more the 2 tellers open, on this day I was there for 30 minutes, I been in and out of the dmv faster then that.and stop trying to trying to replace your employees with those machines as you can see every has had an issue with those things and don't trust them

I didn't love my experience coming here. Could have been a bit quicker. The staff seemed a little all over the place. Understanding because it's the holidays.

Horrible experience at this branch. Branch manager has horrible costumer experience not trying to help and only referring to 1-800 number. Afterwards laughed with someone as I walked away unsatisfied. Very unfortunate to have this type of leadership at this branch. If you're stressed out and need help DO NOT VISIT THIS BRANCH

Worst customer service experience, I was trying to deposite a check to another wellsfargo customer with teller named Guerline(people of color) even she didnt have an American accent ..requested a Spanish translator a soon as we start talking, I was clear when I said what I wanted...not only that, even translator(manager) was soo rude ...what's wrong with this branch, it used to be a great location....not coming back no more.
