It's at Sartori-Old Downton Torrance dlocation. Went here twice during the holidays and good to make your appointments online. Wasn't busy during those times. Inside was clean. Wait is not long to do your business and kudos to their specialist Jasmine for explaining thoroughly and not rushing us. Glad we met her!

I went to deposit a check from my company with the name of Wellfargo she did not want to accepted it due that I am not paying Wellfargo that the bank could loose money this is not true, you would first clear the check for the funds to be available. When you deposit funds who you are Paying in Wellfargo in my account,with the old manager he always had accept it the check, this have been the most incoherent answer in my 38 years in working with bank.I am closing my account. My father use to says manager make a bank good or bad.

Do not bank here. They stole $295 of my money. They pulled $295 out of my account on 06/03/21 saying it was a correction for a transaction they did on 04/23/21. I didn't get a warning or anything. I just happened to check my account. I went through the whole collections and reconcilation process and after investigation they said the teller was not at error and his drawer was in balance. Which I don't see because if it was in balance at the end of that day, why am I receiving a correction about 40 days later. I even had my receipt showing I deposited $295. They said the teller put it was for a check. I said it was cash. But since they can't find the check, they pulled the money from my account. I said I can't help it that the teller logged it wrong. I guess the teller just randomly put $295 on my receipt out of the clear blue sky then. Anyways beware! If a teller makes an error, you will be penalized. I am moving all of my money and closing my bank accounts after 30 years of being a member because they have no integrity. Disgusting.

I have never had a bad experience at this location. Sarotori - Old downtown Torrance- Everyone is so nice and respectful. However, I feel @wellsfargo is entitled to hear what kind of customer service its bank tellers are offering. Mine was Bailee. She was in a really bad mood , never say "Hi, thank you, you are welcome" even though I was polite and respectful. Bailee made it clear Wells fargo is not the right option for me any more.

Not our usual branch but due to starting a new business went to this one as it had availability for the appt. We spoke with someone different initially (not sure which girl) and she advised us to what we needed when we came in. Cut to the appt and my bf shows up. He had an appt with Jose and when he walked in was completely ignored. So he walked in further and was asked if he needed help, and directed back to Jose - who remained back at his desk despite knowing that was his next appt. Jose proceeds to ask for the paperwork which he pulls up and then he says no we can't accept that (even though we were told on the phone they would). No alternatives offered, no explanation. My bf called me confused and had me speak to Jose (my bf is middle eastern with a strong accent so sometimes ppl treat him differently & it helps when I speak to them). I even explained to Jose we were told it was acceptable prior or we wouldn't have wasted time coming in without them - and he was incredibly short with me as well. It's hard enough scheduling time out of the work day to do this, but having someone be rude and unprofessional when that's their job is just unacceptable. Needless to say we had to go to a different branch where we had zero issues and will not be returning to this one at all.

This branch attempted to not let me withdraw my money. My transfer had cleared which I deposited in the account before today. I went in today to withdraw some of that deposit. Marco which seemed to be a manager tried telling me oh no you can't withdraw this. I told him yeah it's already cleared and says available on both the ATM and my app. The ATM wouldn't let me withdraw because it was just over $800. He argued with me saying I wouldn't be able to. Then he started questioning me about the transfer account which is not Wells-Fargo and how much money was there, where the deposits in that account came from. That's none of his business. He tried telling me before I left "don't be surprised if you're not allowed to withdraw money from this account in the future like this." Totally ridiculous, the money is cleared and available. My remaining balance is still over $500. The ATM machine wouldn't have given me any problems but Marco tried to deny my withdraw until I logged into my own phone app and said it's available, then he's threatening me that per his own opinion he's not going to let me withdraw it? Then he tried telling me to get another account with more fees or I probably wouldn't be able to withdraw my available money. Get lost, I won't be back here. Only two stars because after fighting and the threatening I finally got my funds.

The $200 sign-on checking acct bonuses are a SCAM & joke of cruelty wasting people's precious time. The automatic deposits demanded now take 3 mo. to process, so you CAN'T get the sign-on bonus, but waste your life running arnd trying to shovel your money to Wells fast as a financial slave. When you ask for a replacement debit card, Wells took over a week & disqualify you from being able to make 10 card charges in 1st 30 days 'cause I DIDN'T HAVE THE CARD TO CHARGE! They don't DISCOUNT that week it took WELLS TO SEND YOU THE CARD from the 30days cap. Wells forced me to waste-my Medical Disability injury should qualify extension-time buying useless junk on amazon that charged 1/23 but the Purchases 1/23 vs. Authorization dates 1/24 don't show up as "Posted" date until 5+ days later which is Well's fault-wrote amazon-NOT MY FAULT, but Wells refuses to pay the sign-on bonus because Wells Fargo is CRUEL Re: all Authorizations 1/24

Be weary of Lindsey. I've been a member for over 10 years and she will treat you like you are a new customer. She might even be a manager. Avoid this branch. Bad look for Wells Fargo.
