I Waited till i had simmered down before writing this review. I don't go into a bank location since I do everything online. But I had to accompany my mother since she doesn't believe on using ATMs and only carries cash. It was Saturday morning and the line was super long all the way to the entrance door. We stood in line for over 15 minutes till it was finally our turn. Mother is over 85 years old and doesn't hear well nor understand English well. I take care of her and her accounts. When we got to the teller line I handed mother her wells fargo card, she couldnt see where to insert the card so I tapped it for her then told her to enter her PIn. I told the teller she was going to withdraw. Mother entered the amount she needed and stated in 100 bills. The teller asked how she wanted her cash so I told her again she wants it in 100 bills. Then mother stated she needed 100 in 20s. Because hervoice was low I repeated what she said. She was given the $ and then I said she needs her savings and checking acct balance ( one of the reasons we came is because she always want a paper copy of her balance) after I said that the teller GLARED at me and gave me the evil look and said in a VERY RUDE MANNER: YOU DONT NEED TO TALK TO ME ABOUT HER ACCOUNT. YOU ARE NOT THE ACCT HOLDER! I said No, that's not true I have the card wit my name with her acct # and i am part account holder, She continued to glare at me with her super BIG ROUND EYES, STOP TALKING YOU'RE NOT THE ACCT HOLDER, SHE IS. at this point I am very upset with her tone of voice and rude behavior I asked to speak to her manager and asked for her name: Yesenia rang the bell after a while the guy manager comes out and she told him her story and I told the manager that I will not tolerate her rude behavior and for him to review the video so they can see what she said and did to me is UNACCEPTABLE. This manager could not even say anything. I truly believe I've been racially discriminated!! THIS TELLER NEEDS TO TAKE HUNDREDS OF HOURS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. She should have confirm and further investigate that i have the power of attorney to transact on behalf of my mother. Telling me off without confirming the information i told her was 100% accurate is a HUGE ERROR ON HER END. AN APOLOGY FROM WF IS WARRANTED. My mother and I have decided to close our accounts and find another bank who will give their customers the RESPECT we deserve. I am not leaving you a penny of my money if you will continue to hire UNFRIENDLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNTRAINED TELLERS! THIS IS FOR A ZERO AND NEGATIVE NO STAR DESERVING REVIEW OF WELLS FARGO.

Worst customer service...was suppose to have a banker appointment regarding my mom's account at 930am and the banker called off sick. Who does that! I even spoke to the banker yesterday.. I mean, you make a confirmation appointment with your customer then you call off sick. Very unprofessional and unacceptable... I'm not going to mention the bankers name due to respect and confidentiality.. but next time, don't make a promise you can't make..made my mom and I wake up early for nothing.

F*** you Wells Fargo. Your app sucks and I can't get into my account. I created a screen name and a password but your f****** app refuses to recognize it. It's a piece of s*** and no one helps. I choose zero stars.

I needed to take care of some financial transactions. With the particular transactions that I needed to do, I needed to talk with an advisor. So I called and made an appointment. Come the day of my appointment, I called to see how long the appointment would be because I needed to be somewhere right after. The person I spoke to said it'd take about an hour and said I could come in 10/15 min early if need be. This was great, so I arrived 10 min early and could be seen right away. The branch manager, Alan, helped me right when I arrived. He went over everything very Thoroughly, and he answered all of my questions. I will definitely come back to work with Alan with my future financial needs. I also was able to leave with the timeframe and made it on time to my next destination! It

Dropped in with my wife to get an account corrected. To my surprise after being on the phone for over 20mins and my wife being rejected from another branch we were told we needed an appt. For those who find it hard to get to the bank because of work this is extremely frustrating. ALAN LIONTOP the branch manager was very courteous and took care of us. Thanks for the great service!

Had a trip overseas and stopped at the bank to make a simple withdrawal. ATM malfunctioned and took my card the day of travel. Obviously I cannot travel without my debit card. Had to come get a replacement card, wasted my time and gave me the run around. I missed my flight and had to reschedule. Unacceptable.
