I cannot recommend Watch City enough. Excellent! Excellent! It is not every day a shopkeeper, as he is locking up to grab some lunch, reopen just for you. Amazing! I required three watch batteries, and Rafi was friendly and efficient. I am so grateful to him. Everyone should take their watch repair and purchase needs to Rafi at Watch City. Next time I visit, I'll bring snacks.

Watch City is my go to! Experienced HONEST watchmakers can repair, replace batteries, bands and have an assortment of watches for sale. Recently Matt helped me repair a watch and I got a great deal on replacing my dive watch! This is the ONLY place to go in SoBay for your watch repair and battery replacement!

I needed a new battery for an old watch. Yesterday, I Googled 'watch repair del amo' and received this result. I selected Watch City for the high rating. Max and Rafi are pleasant and thorough. I waited less than five minutes for the watch to get repaired.It cost 25 dollars. Reasonable.

Turns out for g-shocks you need special tools after taking out the 4 cross bolts. The manager here was informative and replaced the battery within 20 minutes. On top of that, he even set the current time and date without me asking which was helpful.

I've been going to them for a few years now and they've never disappointed me in the slightest. The watch technicians were very helpful, cordial and professional. They've adjusted the wrist bands and replaced batteries on many of my time pieces. Additionally, the one of techs went above and cleaned the "glass" on my watch dial so that it didn't look so dusty on one of my latest visits. I very much appreciated that and will most definitely continue to utilize their services in the future!

Came in to the store with my mom to adjust her watch band. The employee, Matt was very helpful. He was able to adjust her band with no problem. We were in and out quickly. We've gone there for years, either to get a new band, a new watch or simply get a new battery. And we will continue to go there. They are very helpful and friendly.

No stars. My husband wanted a g-shock watch. But the representative or sales person was rude and apparently too busy to help my husband. Though my husband was the only customer in there. And that's what he told my husband, that was too busy to help him. I highly DO NOT recommend this business. Horrible customer service.
