Excellent experience! Our Jeep was towed in on a Friday afternoon and even though they were super busy, Paul was very cordial and helpful and took our vehicle in. Diagnosis was performed to determine the problem, part was ordered, installed, and our Jeep was back on the road. Very professional!

I had my car ? put in for brakes and front wheel alignment. Have a 1999 Tahoe they did what I asked for and let me know of other problems that needed to be done to complete the job. They R nice in the office and on the phone ?. I am satisfied with the work done on my car

The pictures and videos posted are a result of what happens when you put your faith in a shop and they underperform. I brought my vehicle in to Walt’s two times. Both times stating I believe the heater core is leaking. Both times I was assured it was not. Im not a mechanic, I placed my faith in Walt’s auto shop seeing as they must know more about cars than me. They were wrong every time. Now my vehicle is overheating, losing coolant, fog coming through the vents, and soaked floorboards. They didn’t address any issue. Had they have thoroughly checked the vehicle the first two times the issue wouldn’t have grown to what it is now.

Great service from Walt’s. Had a first time customer oil change done and they did their thorough inspection but only found a minor issue with my vehicle. Even provided complimentary pickup/dropoff as I lived about 5 min drive from the shop. Definitely recommend Walt’s for friendly honest auto work.

I had high hopes for this auto service based on their great reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. When I initially spoke to Paul on the phone, he seemed pleasant. However, when I visited the shop in person, his demeanor completely changed. He was rude and dismissive towards me.
To make matters worse, I had to wait for days to bring my car in for an insurance claim. Despite the insurance company's request for a supplemental quote, Paul refused to perform any work on my vehicle nor provide the supplemental quote to the insurance company. He didn't even bother to look at my car.
This level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer service is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against using this auto service. Their behavior not only wasted my time, but it also hindered the process of getting my car repaired. I hope my experience serves as a warning to others.

My experience at Walt's Auto Service was seamless. Their online appointment service is very efficient. Their communication during servicing and afterwards is professional, courteous and very pleasant.Most importantly the service provided to me was highly ethical. During a routine maintenance appointment Walt and his technician found an incidental problem with my axle. Instead of recommending an expensive repair to be done at his shop Walt instead looked up the car warranty details and verified the needed repair would be covered under warranty. Because of Walt's honesty I can take the car back to the automaker and have the repair done there free of charge.This kind of above-and-beyond service means a lot to me as a small business owner and I highly recommend you trust Walt's Auto Service with your car service needs. I know I will.

Our go to place to take care of our Acura MDX. AC stopped working, made appt. Brought it in, got diagnosis, then repaired the same day. Fast and efficient service! And Paul is an awesome service manager!
