Workers can’t help you because they don’t speak English. And you can’t use your apple wallet.

No employees would come when I asked for help through the button. I had to walk to get an employee. Horrible service here. Never coming back to this store and I advise that you don't either. Lazy employees.

The Torrance Walmart Neighborhood Market leaves a lot to be desired. Yes, they have good prices, however what you have to go through to shop in this market almost makes it not worth it.
More often than not, there are not shopping carts outside by the front door. Not even any shopping baskets inside by the front door. I alert the employee at the Customer Service Counter, but you wait forever. The employees who are supposed to bring the carts from the parking lot apparently have become lazy and do not want to work. I can not walk around the parking lot to locate a shopping cart, I am disabled and frankly, it is not my job.
Merchandise one looks for to purchase seems to be out often with some empty shelves. Walmart never orders new frozen meals that manufacturers make, just the same thing over and over for over a decade now.
In addition, some of the employees are unhelpful and ignore customers. You ask them a question and they ignore customers. I have purchased a lot of ten cent bags and I have enough to last the rest of my life. When you check out through a staffed check stand, some of the employees do not want to bag groceries. One time, I tried doing it and I held up the line because of my disability. Finally another customer offered to help me bag my groceries.
I decided even if I spend more money, I would rather go to a market when employees acknowledge customers and are willing to help them.

WOW!! Montana!! Great human!!! He was the cashier that helped me at the register with my groceries today! What a breath of fresh air! Polite, professional, patient and very careful with my groceries! Very thoughtful, detailed and very kind! Had a smile throughout the whole transaction! The world needs more people like him! I mean the way he even assisted the complicated person in front of me! WOW! I'm super impressed!! People with work ethic DESERVE THE RECOGNITION! Bravo Montana!

This place sucks. They never have anything in stock. Then they don't have enough cashiers to help when it's busy. They block off self checkout lanes, so you have to wait in lines for 20 to 30 minutes on slow days

I was in the area on my way home and decided to stop in to get a few things. Store was pretty clean and had lots of fresh produce. Aisles were stocked well and it was not too busy (couldn't really tell that from the congested parking lot). I was able to get what I needed/wanted; however, I feel the self check out is just a waste of time. First of all, I attempted to buy a bag of grapes for 2.38; however, that price was per lb & it rang up at 5.44! I told the employee (who was staring at me from behind) that I no longer wanted them due to the price. She mentioned that they were 2.38/lb not for the bag. I indicated to her that it should be noted where they were at cause it just stated the price & all I wanted was a small qty to make chicken salad. She informed me that I could get a small bag and put in the quantity of grapes I wanted but they don't really like that; however, they do that to make the customer happy. I was like no thanks. Lastly, the self check out machine claimed I did not scan an item so the employee had to review the camera screen and sure enough, I did scan the item! Not only do they make you feel like a criminal by just watching you, you also feel like one when this crap happens! I don't mind self check out aisles but it just seems it would be more efficient for customers to have that single employee standing there hovering around opening up a lane and scanning everything themself to get you in and out! In all fairness, they did have two or three lanes with a cashier and the employees that I engaged with were really nice.

Misadvertised p r i c e - was more expensive. Location charging their own branded water by 75%+ more $ than they used to charge normally. It's not right.
