I haven’t been in the store as yet but I called with a passport photo question the night of 10/10/24 and the young lady that answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful.

I go to this Walgreens all the time and never had a problem. A few nights ago I walk in, the cashier leaves the register and walks over to me to ask if I need help with anything. I said no. I get to the register and she asks the people in front of me to go to another cashier. I pay for my items and leave. I come back the next night and as soon as I walk in she asks the security guard to walk around the store. She’s a young Hispanic woman with glasses and seems to racially profile black people. Black people please aware the next time you go in there in the evening. If she does this again I plan to report her.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They really need to re-evaluate their staff members if they want to keep a professional and friendly environment. So rude from the second I walked in, the staff just stared me and my cousin down aggressively without greeting us and the ladies working night shift were swearing non stop and having inappropriate conversations as customers were walking in (two old African ladies). Me and my cousin instantly left and drove 15 minutes to find the next 24 hours Walgreens!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!

This is a terrible store from the staff to the goods, they are very aggressive like they are ready to fight with customers when they need help. Uneducated and untrained employees lie to cover up their laziness and are willing to bring their own personal regulations to the entire Walgreens system, for example, Alcoho has a 12 o'clock rule. Then at 11 pm they did not sell and said it was their regulations, if you add cash to the card, they stipulated that the system only works from 9 am -9 pm,...... so this shop is open 24 hours What's the point, pay salaries to a bunch of lousy employees, people with services that people might need at night, that's why the shop is open 24 hours

Retrain your staff. This store has added $6 to the price of the 28 Count Girls Goodnites Size XL despite the shelf said $34.99. I understand the app has a coupon for $1.50 off and $6 off both are manufacture coupons but this store refused to allow me to put in my phone number to use the coupons. If my daughters school didn't require my daughter to bring an unopened package for her two week field trip, I wouldn't have bought them.

Don't get rung up by Veronica the shift lead here at store 22930 (since 2021, unfortunate) or have anyone ask her anything. I was walking in and she was speaking to her coworkers rudely over the walkie. I came in for a COVID test, I asked the pharmacy and they told me to ask the front counter. I went up and the worker didn't know either, which was understandable... so she calls up vero who came in like a mad bull and she points out rudely the small ass white box in the car corner that didn't even have a price tag or label. I quickly grabbed it so I can leave and not die OR scare anyone in the store when she starts ringing up everyone. I waited another three minutes. Went back in to return it after I read the package was WRONG without opening and of course she continues to be rude while badgering another customer. She gladly told me to call the 1 800 number after I told her to treat customers better.

Terrible. Staff refused to allow me to bring my daughter into the store without pants or clothing over her diaper. I picked her up from daycare and she had an accident in the car, which ruined her shorts, and I figured she's two years old, and won't care if she's in her diaper and t-shirt while we go into Walgreens to buy her more diapers, changing supplies and a few pacifiers.
I have a 30 minute drive home from this Walgreens and decided to go to target instead, which gave me no issues.

Im not sure why this Walgreens has such bad reviews, everyone that helped us out was so nice! I went im to grab some baking soda and vinegar to wash my whites tomorrow and they were so kind i assisting me!

I visit pharmacy once a week for me and my wife. Pharmacy receptionists were very kind and nice attitudes towards my order all the time when I visit. Pharmacy manager tried hard to make my needs and satisfaction. I’m so happy to visiting this pharmacy. So many thanks to this place and employees!
