5 stars for Arie!!!My first time coming here and 1) it's incredibly clean 2) very organized and 3) great customer service.Arie though gets 5 stars. She was so incredibly helpful and got me everything I needed and I was out the door in no time. She wasn't sales-y or pushy. She genuinely wanted to help and wanted to make sure I was being taken care of as well as everyone else that came through the doors. This was a really great experience and definitely recommend shopping here. Thanks Arie!!!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I have called this location numerous times to confirm that their machine (which is just a scanner) is working so I can mail some returns via fed ex. Every time I speak to Ryan (the manager) who rudely and with such contempt assures me it's working. He sounds insulted that I would even call and ask such a thing. Lo and behold I end up driving there and dragging all my packages into the store to find out that the "machine isn't working". I tell them I called and was told it's working. I asked to speak to Ryan the manager but he remains hidden in his office in the back. At this point it's my fault to assume this is a well run store who takes care of customers and are honest.

I'm not sure what happened to the pharmacy at this location. Service used to be prompt and efficient, but that has slipped badly in the last few months. On one recent visit, I waited over 20 minutes. There was one person at the counter and I was the only one in line. They appear to prioritize drive-up customers over walk-ins; on several visits, they have helped new drive-ups while people were already lined up and waiting inside. I used to have a high opinion of this store, but no more. I'll be taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

I'd give zero. Horrible . Lack of staff. Long wait. Confusion Try to call? No one answers or you are put on hold for a long time. Pharmacist almost always has to call doc for clarification on meds instruction. Pills on order for days. Never again. The past year with surgery has been hell. Don't do it.

Ordered free prints online using the phone app and a code I got via email. It was easy to use and pick up in the store. Plenty of parking in the parking lot, and fast and friendly service at the photo counter!

Cecilia and Marisol were very customer focused and friendly! I appreciated their sense of urgency to open other registers when their fellow coworker (Royal I think is his name) was extremely slow. Hopefully they can find more amazing people like Cecilia and Marisol!

Curbside pickup was super easy. The downfall was that 2 of my 3 items were opened and used. These were items that go on your body, so that to me is really disgusting. I had to come back to the same store for the return because another store told me they couldn't do it. The return took longer than expected because it wasn't the normal process. The cashier had to call for help. Customer service was helpful and nice, but I don't think I'll be shopping at Walgreens in the future. This was a hassle, and I would NOT recommend. No quality control. 2 boxes were clearly opened. 1 was ripped open, but these still made it in my pickup order? Oh well. Lesson learned.

Rude, not customer service oriented and liars just to get you out of their line. If the Pharmacy is so busy why not hire more staff and train them so that they can deal with customers.

NEVER in my life have I ever been so mistreated. I understand that this is a Walgreens, an establishment that does not need to hire any educated person, especially one who is trained on customer service. Whomever the female manager was tonight around 10:45 PM was the rudest person I have ever encountered, as well as the female associate. My boyfriend and I were on a walk around our neighborhood, not bringing our masks as we did not think we'd stop. I needed to use the restroom and saw this was the only place open. As we walked in, before we could even walk to the counter to ask for a mask the manager and associate screamed at us 4 times in a row "YOU NEED TO HAVE A MASK TO BE IN HERE". We didn't even have a chance to ask the man at the counter. Once we got our masks, I asked to use the restroom and she said "No she can't use it!" Disgusting the way they treat their customers. We were going to make a purchase as we were already there, but decided to walk out. I can't believe how brainless these associates. Hire kinder associates.

Avoid this place for Covid shots. Totally disorganized. There is an area for a separate check in but they make you stand in with the long prescription line because they are under staffed. The website gave me a confirmation that I had an appt but when I arrived I was not listed on their sheet. Rachel behind the counter was not helpful and provided no reassurance that I could get the booster. I reported it to corporate that their scheduling system needs looking at and they transferred me back to the pharmacy.

Standing in line to pay at the register behind an unmasked lady. The cashier doesn't tell her she needs a mask, then she goes up to the counter and asks for a home COVID test kit. Just saying what I saw, feel free to comment.
