The Starbucks inside the Vons store is horrible, what happened to having great employees? The current employees are ok but this one person, who might have been new maybe, was not good. It was the third time she got and made our drinks wrong, she doesn’t have a name tag so I can’t even talk to a manager about it. Next time maybe I will take a picture, she was also rude. (Go next door) For STARBUCKS!!!

Staff at the bakery was friendly, but I chose to go later, so the bakery was a bit low on stuff I was seeking.

When it comes to buying gift cards from Vons look out. I received an Amazon gc for Christmas that is not usable with part of the redemption code removed. I took it to the location on Crenshaw in Torrance to speak to an employee or manager about the card that with came with a receipt of purchase. They gave me the phone number for the Safeway gift card department and I have been given nothing but the good old run around. After 3 attempts with them I phoned Amazon and spoke to a representative giving him the 16 digits at the bottom of the card and was told it was not a valid card. What a rip off and Vons did not even have the decency to offer a resolution or even one of their store cards. I'll will be shopping elsewhere from now on since they need step it up some and have some consideration for longtime customers.

I used to drive out of my way to this store, it's huge and has so much to offer as far as volume of items. After not going for a bit, shopping at my Ralph's and Trader Joe's, I went back to Vons and found it to be so expensive even despite inflation as I'm speaking of a comparison. You have to buy things on sale and even their sale prices are high, especially produce. Secondly, we bought a cake from the bakery and it's always been so good and this cake was awful. I literally took a bite and smashed a plate over it so my mother in law didn't see, it was not even worth the calories. I've bought many cakes here before and this was DRY, did not have a good taste and the buttercream was thick and lacked flavor. One of the worst I've ever had. Not sure what they've changed over there, decorations are great on the cakes but that was it sadly.

This is my favorite store to come to. But lately these employees seem so miserable and honestly I'm just going to have to do the drive and go somewhere else. I was in the self-scanner check out this morning and I asked a woman to scan something for me please and proceeded to scan my groceries and she had the most awful look on her face, even after I said thank you and then I asked her if she was okay? Her name was Tamminika. I could be spelling it wrong but you get the gist of it. I'd rather spend my money somewhere else at this point. I'm so tired of dealing with these rude people. If people do not like their job they need to go somewhere else. I deal with people all day and people this is ridiculous. Save your energy people and go somewhere else!

This Vons has a pretty good selection but Aldi across the street is half the price. Avoid the deli because their fried chicken taste like the oil is never changed and the meat slicer doesn't seem to get cleaned often enough if at all. Their mispricing has gotten better lately but I still look at my receipt closely because of several instances where I have been overcharged in the past.
I asked for a rain check on ribeye steaks but they wouldn't honor their ad because more were arriving later that day. Better off going elsewhere unless you need something specific which I concede they have a large selection.

One stop shop for all your grocery needs. Has a large parking area including pick up. This location is one of the biggest location and the best rated in the district.

Bought Carne asada. I could not eat it at all the toughest meat I have ever deal with had to throw away my Sunday lunch was ruined?? if is not carne asada don't label as such. I could have BOOTS with it
