If I could give a negative star I would! Estella/Estrella? Is the worst! Horrible customer service! I was purchasing an item and it showed a Ucoupon I scanned it in the app and when I went to register it dint show up! I told her and showed her the picture of the item how it was in the aisle making her job easier, her response was you have to clip it I told her I did but it was not showing what the aisle said so she took my phone and started pressing every coupon and said when it doesn’t work by scanning you have to do this, I told her I have used the app and the coupons before so I know how it works, her nasty response was “you have to do it this was if it doesn’t show up! Do you understand? My answer was I ain’t stupid I have shopped at Vons before! So what she did was slide/throw my phone to the side with what I wanted to purchase and said then “clip it” I grabbed my phone and was about to walk out! I went back and asked her for her name and she’s like Estella, Mrs. Attitude! That’s the type of employees you guys hire??? I went and talked to Carlos he was a blessing he understood what I was saying and took the time to look and said I would go look in the aisle to make sure everyone’s taken care off! You guys just had an issue due to prices and this is how you handle the situation! This was a vons issue not mine to have been treated like that and I mentioned this to some people and they said they have been mistreated by this person!

Long checkout lines with no Manager. Silent checkers ... almost rude. Self-check can be a fiasco, also with no backup support. For speed, avoid this place if you can.

Asked for help and help was given without hesitation. Was looking for a specific product which they didn't have, but then the employee showed me other options too. I still give it a 5 star rating even though my tender had an attitude after a lovely lady allowed me to go ahead of her because I got there with my fixed gear bike. Overall a relaxing experience.

Came here a few days ago for a work sandwich run and the only deli person working could not have been bothered to come work the counter. I spoke to store manager Lisa and she went back and told her customers are at the counter. The deli clerk still couldn't have been bothered, that was 10 sandwiches they lost out on. I went today, stood in line for a breakfast burrito only to be told she cannot get the oven warm enough. Went to talk to Lisa again who came back to the deli, stuck her hand in the oven and said she will try to do your burrito, apparently, we would have to leave it in longer the normal but that is fine. The deli clerk had none of the ingredients meaning I would then have to wait for the eggs to get scrambled and the sausage to cook. Preferring this as a breakfast rather than lunch, I gave up. Mental note: Never come here if you need anything out of the deli case.

Staff have been friendly. It's pricey so even though it's really close I barely go here. What I am not a fan of is their labeling of prices. Often it's buy 4 or more for the cheaper price shown more visibly. Tried to purchase an item and price was almost double the price at register so didn't get that. Also no cashiers early mornings only self checkout ????? Cheap.

I recently had the pleasure of being helped by Ashley W. at the Vons deli, her exceptional customer service truly made my day. From the moment I approached the counter, Ashley greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Not only was she incredibly friendly, but she also took the time to patiently assist me. Ashley's positive attitude and professionalism were evident throughout the entire interaction. She listened attentively to my preferences and offered helpful recommendations, ensuring that I left completely satisfied with my order. The service you get from the Von's employees in this store is good. Their prices are a little high. The one thing that could be improved is the store itself, it is about time it was upgraded. The only thing that I found negative is they need better restrooms for customers. Their present customer restrooms are in a store room and they are not in great condition.

This is the worst Vons I've ever been to. At the deli stand, Martha shows complete disrespect to the customers as if she likes to shout at us. I can't believe she would be harsh to us like this. Also, the restrooms are poorly remodeled. Why would the handicap bathroom be further back instead of closer to the front door. Both bathrooms were okay as both were wheelchair accessible. Why would the remodel leave us with a regular bathroom and only one HCA stall?! This is discrimination for those who are disabled. Having the HCA restroom further back whilst the regular bathroom is closer to the double doors. The layout before the 2021 remodel was okay.

Pretty good store. Usually no lines (except for the one in Inglewood! ?), usually has good selections of meats, including roast pork (important for many ethnic X-Mas dinners) which Ralph's inexplicably doesn't have, and not too crowded.But overall, it still has a smaller selection than Ralph's.Prices are the same for both, though.

The cashiers are always nice. When we go to pick up meat from there, it is always at a good price and the butchers are always nice and there is good customer service.
