Had my test 11th of month. They tild me it will be 24 to 48 hours turnaround. Will send result by email. Nothing. So called on the 17th. I was told it will be in my email in 5 minutes. 2 hours later called to follow up. No one answeing phone and this was at 11:00! Tried 3 more times. Someone said emailing now (?). Still nothing. I am frustrated. Wasted my morning just trying to get the result of my test.

Horrible service. It takes them forever to give you the result back. They dont pick up the phone either..Stay away from this lab. Take your business somewhere else.
