A very good pharmacy with personal attention and care! I have finally left the nightmare of CVS pharmacy! And I am happy to pay $10-$15 more for my prescription to not have to deal with the catastrophic management of CVS Pharmacy's. They don't care, but why should they, it's not their business it's just a 9 to 5 job! They just want to punch the clock and go home.... Vm pharmacy which I had previously left because I had to pay a bit more, turns out to be a much much better pharmacy and more than worth the extra cost! This pharmacy is worth going to because they know you and actually care about your medication. and making sure you have it! They don't run out of stock.... And if they do, which is very rare, they will have it in 24 hours and deliver it to you! Don't make the mistake of going to a pharmacy that is a big corporation! They don't care because they have 100 more people behind you. That will take your place!! this pharmacy might be a bit more if you don't have good insurance, but it is more than worth it! thank you

Friendliest staff and incredibly helpful. They also offer delivery and can get medications that big pharmacies run out of.

This is an extremely good pharmacy. The pharmacist is very caring and responsive to all of my needs. All prescriptions are clearly explained to me with all of my questions being readily answered in clear and easily understandable terms. This is a good as it gets.

I had a good experience with VM pharmacy. They are always polite and courteous. Even one time I forgot my debit card, they let me take my prescription and said I can call back and pay over the phone; which I did.

My Dr, referred me to VM Pharmacy. I complained about CVS and how they won't fill a complete prescription and keep making us go back over and over again. Dr. explained how good VM is, and that they deliver for free. Well, how could I beat that. They are as good as the Dr. said they'd be. The staff is helpful and my life has changed so much now that I don't have to argue with CVS every two days. VM is located right in the middle of all the Skypark doctors which is ever better than ever. I'm am completely satisfied with their service and would recommend them to anyone that's looking for a good pharmacy.

This pharmacy looks like a nice small pharmacy to stop in for quick pick up, but it is not that at all. The old man that is in the front is rude! He tried to be friendly but he doesn't know how. His phone call is more important than a customer. He is so rude, even to employees. Do not use this place, the service was slow! The pharmacist lady was not nice, very quick talk about my meds. She didn't have time for me.

Extremely happy that I found VM!!! this place is the best, hands down period. only pharmacy that i have been to since i found it. the pharmacist, and entire staff have always been insanely nice and more than helpful every time i have been there. they really went the extra mile when it came to helping me with my recovery. i was involved in a serious accident over a year ago which led me to have back and wrist surgeries. so i ended up needing to take new medications i wasnt familiar with. the entire staff always made sure they walked me thru every detail of my newly prescribed medications and answered all my questions and even suggested other helpful ways to approach my recovery such as physical therapy, yoga etc.. also the prices are great, and now my own parents and grandparents have become regulars as well.

they are simply AMAZING... I had wrote a review about a year ago, but somehow it was removed( don't ask me how and why)anyways... I used to work in the same building about 15 years ago...Since then I have been using their service and they became part of my big family... The pharmacist Elena is truly AMAZING... She will not only answer the questions concerning the medications or insurance, but also will go into details and will share her knowledge if you need about the disease or a current condition that the patient is in... Even my doctors know that whatever I forget to ask them, Elena is always there for me... Prices are very good, they do deliver, have big selection of compression stockings and DME... Technicians and the whole staff is again truly AMAZING .... God bless the whole pharmacy...

Wow, I think now we've finally found a trusted pharmacy to recommend our patients. I can easily say, that we are at Glendale Neurological Clinic now have a full trust in Vm Pharmacy and -Big Thanks- to them for carrying for our patients the way they do. After so many of our patients gave us a positive feedback about them I have decided to write a little review about them. As I understand apparently they deliver within 20 mile radius in just few hours for free. Again Wow.

I appreciate The good service, kind attention and excellent care they give to me and my patients. I like that they will deliver to people who cannot come in to pick up their medicines. Life would be wonderful if all pharmacies were as good as VM pharmacy is.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PHARMACY. I am a customer for past 3years (i work in Torraance for past 12 years) and very satisfied with their service, all negative reviews for this pharmacy is fake and unfair, personnel is very nice and professional specially Pharmacist.My prescription is filled very quick every time on-time.Very convenient location since this Pharmacy is in Medical Building. They also specialized on Bariatric Products.Try them without paying attention on negative(Fake) reviews. Thanks for professional service.

DO NOT go to this pharmacy. The pharmacy tech is rude. Trying to get a prescription I desperately need I thought I'd go to this pharmacy considering it is in a facility where I got a procedure. Little did I know this technician is RUDE and RACIST. She kept assuming I couldn't afford the medication because of my race and place of residence and kept repeating that the copay would be expensive. The technician told me not call back because I wanted to know how long it would take to get my prescription and is now threatening to shred my prescription. Something needs to be done about this technician. This is totally in acceptable. UPDATE: Elena did shred my prescription and called security on me because I was trying to get my prescription back to get it filled at another pharmacy.

This pharmacy is rude and stingy , the owner is really inconsiderate. I bought a coconut water and it had a horrible taste not to mention it was $3.00. I kindly asked if I could exchange it for a $1.00 water bottle and they can keep the change. He said "NO" they can't take it back since I opened it!! So stingy will never shop there again! Very rude!
