Never scanned my prepaid package for my small business. When I came to send an flat rate envelope I needed some help but the lady working at the front is very unfriendly and makes you feel like you’re stupid from the first word. She also hurried my transaction before I could act so I was denied email tracking. It is worth it to drive extra to go to a different post office.

Rude employee working here. Also he could not tape up my little package. I had forgotten to tape it and I was passing by this post office so figured they could tape it for me. Guess it hurt him to tape it. He was making me purchase a tape and put it on my package . I asked him few times to just tape it so I don’t have to purchase it but he didnt. I don’t think it would be a problem but apparently to him it was

I am very happy with the service I've gotten at the PO at 4216 Pacific Coast Hwy Torrance. They seem to go out of their way to be helpful and I appreciate that.

Sent two packages internationally. Once in february, never made it. Did international express march 10 and it didnt even make its way to los angeles international distribution center till march 19. Now 21st and it still says its at distribution center. Dont use usps stick with the privately owned competitors.

Why, WHY do we continue to accept awful customer service from RUDE condescending postal employees. This is the WORST post office to deal with, and for this area, That is saying something. Avoid if possible!!!!!

This is the reason why people don't use USPS. Terrible staff. 11/4 5:30 I walked in to the post office with the PO Box side with 50+ letters on hand, a female staff is holding a board in front of me. We arrived to the bulb mail lockbox at the same time, she slide the board right in front of me. I tried to stop her, she just turn around and said "No, I'm sorry." Obviously she's not sorry, she was happy to make me use the tiny slot mail box outside of the post office and I have to slide my 50+ letters one by one. She didn't offer to take my mails. For private business, her terrible customer service should had her fired long time ago. One bad staff can completely ruined a business.

Customer service is TRASH. Thanks to the window worker name ANA or ANNA. I had my package and my prepaid shipping label ready, she told me I had to buy tape to stick the prepaid label on my box. I asked her if she had 1 piece of tape, 1 slice of tape. She said no I had to buy the tape, a whole roll of tape! I've been to USPS 4 times this week and each time they provide tape or a slip to slide my prepaid label in and stick it on the box. I asked her again to make sure I was hearing what she was saying. She told me NO I couldn't use her tape and I needed to buy a whole roll of tape for one prepaid label. I immediately left and went 11 minutes down the road to the other USPS location and guess what? Nobody asked me to buy any fckin tape. She is TRASH at her job. I went back and got her name from Nancy so I could report how d*** AND TRASH Ana or Anna is.... I'll never come back to this location. Y'all ARE TRASH! Thanks to Ana. TRASH!

Off the charts rude customer comes in to USPO at Anza and PCH. At any point possible aggressive towards employees. The staff remained calm and polite. They're just there doing their jobs with awesome customer service. Hoping that customer gets it together and has a better day and remembers the people serving us deserve respect.
